"The perfect" Air B & B. I have stayed at many - and this is as close to perfect as it gets. The outside is truly a peaceful and beautiful sanctuary, the garage arcade room is over the top fun, and the interior furnishings are high quality / on point - with comfortable beds and linens. The kitchen is well and thoughtfully stocked. I could go on and on (and I'm picky!) You can tell when a host puts heart and soul into designing and maintaining a great home- and this is one of them! Amazingly - despite being so peaceful - you are only 5 minutes away from downtown Sebastopol!

Bill was the most gracious, proactive host. We loved the house and he communicated with us throughout the process. The only 2 things we didn't love was the really windy, narrow road. And we expected a huge walkable garden which definitely wasn't the case. Its on a steep hill with no walkable garden. The upstairs balcony has great views and so do most all the rooms. Great home. Great host.

Previous reviews mentioned train noise but the house was well insulated so it was very muted. Blackout blinds and double-glazed windows did their job. The Folgers coffee set up was excellent and they left creamers. Beds were new and clean. Seating was limited, but we are a couple. Everything worked, especially the heater, since it was cold. We will stay again when we visit family nearby.

Loved staying at Gigi’s place. Homey and comfortable for our girls vacation. Centrally located so easy to get where we want to go. Short uber rides too!

This house was perfect for our girls trip! Everything was as described and even better than the photos. The house is spacious and clean and the backyard is really nice for hanging out. The bedrooms and bathrooms are large and clean with plenty of linens and extra towels. Michelle was also super proactive by sending recommendations for wineries, restaurants, things to do, etc soon after we booked and was responsive to any questions we had while planning and during our trip! Bonus, there is a bodega just a few doors down with killer breakfast burritos and a winery practically next door! Would absolutely recommend this house and would totally rent it again for another group trip!

We had a great time at Karen’s place. It was perfect for a family getaway-staycation. We enjoyed the hot tub, grill, spacious kitchen, and beautiful home. We stayed here with our 2 kids & my parents. Everyone had their own room & bathroom and privacy. We enjoyed a day horseback riding on the beach, local restaurants and a day visiting the academy of science in SF. Would definitely stay here again!

I will only recommend I full length mirror, and maybe a small makeup mirror otherwise it’s perfect place! 😊
