Lejligheden er inspireret af klassisk dansk design og har en god rumfordeling med et lyst soveværelse, der rummer en 160 cm seng og en stor garderobe. Stuen er i åben forbindelse med køkkenet, hvilket skaber en indbydende og social atmosfære, og badeværelset er moderne og funktionelt. Lejligheden er fuldt møbleret og udstyret med både opvaskemaskine, vaskemaskine og gratis wifi.

Roligt byhus tæt på centrum, natur og strand

Familievenligt og charmerende hus på en meget rolig vej i et unikt kvarter. Huset er rummeligt og har en privat have med en solrig terrasse. Et dejligt sted at nyde roen efter en dag med oplevelser. Det er en lille oase med god plads til afslapning og hygge kun 4 metrostop fra hjertet af København. Ikke langt fra huset ligger også Amager strand og Royal Arena. I får selskab af Murphy, vores søde kat, som gerne vil fodres en gang om dagen. Der er nem gratis parkering ca 150 meter fra huset.

You can live in this private, modern and charming aparment, close to the airport ( 3 km - 5 min. Car ), with your own entrance, and key box for easy check-in. From 1 to 4 persons. There are 2 bedrooms, a living room with a sleeping couch, and a modern kitchen with washer and dryer. The bathroom is renovated and new. The apartment is 80 m2 and in the lower part of the house, totally separated and quiet. There is a beautiful courtyard with table and chairs where you can enjoy your privacy.

Boligen er indrettet med nyt badeværelse, køkken og soveværelse (opholdsrum) i dec. 2021 og fremstår helt nyt. Køkken indeholder opvask, køle/frys, ovn og kogeplader. Mulighed for parkering uden ekstra omkostning.

Other important distances, 10 minutes’ walk to the lovely natural resort Amager Faelled; 15 minutes to the congress center Bella Center; and 25 minutes to Royal Arena.10 minutes by car to the very nice beach at Amager Strandpark that also offers kayaks; minigolf; cafés etc.

Two room apartment in the quiet area of Copenhagen with beautiful sunsets. Close to the airport and easy access to the city centre with direct bus or metro. Located with a distance of nice walk to the beach (for calming water views) as well as big a park (for peaceful runs or recharging walks). The apartment provides a loving home on a daily basis to me and is ready to welcome you in my absence (due to holiday).
