Beautiful white-sand beach only 150 steps away. You'll fall in love with this unique Pines experience.

Charming cottage located in the town of Ocean Bay Park, just steps from the beach. Open floor plan living room with breakfast bar/kitchen. Bedroom on main floor, unique loft bedroom upstairs looking over living room. Bathroom with shower plus outdoor shower. Lovely deck with BBQ, outdoor seating. 5th house from the ocean—walk to the beach and if you need refreshments you'll be back at the cottage in 90 seconds tops. Bikes and beach chairs included. We're a family neighborhood--no parties please!

Studio cabin (approx. 13.5 x 15 ft.) Functional, basic, rustic, atmospheric—It's just a little cabin in the woods. The shack can accommodate only 2 people max. Apartment is in the BASEMENT of a 2500 sft home. The apartment is at least 800 square feet and has a private entrance. Has Keurig ( which I supply coffee , sugar and creamer for) , full stove, big frig, a microwave, toaster, hair Dryer and iron. Plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap. NO PETS ALLOWED

Large bathroom with roomy shower, good towels. We use natural cleaners. Wifi, Roku television as well as contactless check-in/ out. Easy access. Close to ferries to FI beaches. Close to main street. Walk to two parks. Dedicated off-street parking. NO SMOKING. NO ANIMALS. Violations result in eviction/ fines imposed.

Enjoy your stay and visit the Bayard Cutting Arboretum, SUSA Orlin & Cohen Sports Complex, Robert Moses Beach; centrally located between The Hamptons Vineyard Wine Tours & Manhattan. This unique home was originally built in 1921 and has since undergone renovations with additions added to the original structure, including the three bedroom / bath guest wing with a private entrance from the main house. 60’s modern/retro, award-winning (design) house. 45 secs to beach. Spacious, clean, social- well suited for groups and families (up to 10 max please, 8 is ideal). We've been doing a lot of improvements this winter! Fabulous retro mid house, open-roofed porch. BBQ, Outdoor shower, Hardwood floors, lots of light. 3 minutes from the ferry/ restaurants, but on a quiet street. Appliances and mattresses regularly replaced. Professionally cleaned weekly

Newly renovated space with full kitchen, bathroom, one queen size bed and two twins. Great space for couples, with the option of having a friend over, cook, BBQ, enjoy the beach. Located in Fire Island's town of Cherry Grove, laid back, crazy fun place with restaurant, clubs and bars.

The Cottage is a lovely space enclosed in hedges for privacy on a one acre property. I do have 3 dogs, they are kept in a separate gated area on the property. The cottage is located 3 miles from downtown Patchogue which is enjoying a renaissance. There are many restaurants and cultural activities as well as ferry access to Fire Island (Davis Park) in the warmer weather. We are also the "Gateway" to The Hamptons.
