The Ponderosa is a unique, renovated 1500+ sq. ft., family cottage. Built around an early 1900s tenant house, in 1966. Downstairs: kitchen, dinning room, bedroom, living room, utility room, washer and dryer, half BR, and a full bathroom. This spacious home has two baths, handicap access but not wheelchair. Large, fenced yard with shade trees, and ample free parking. Walking distance to several restaurants, businesses and seasonal festivals. Kid friendly home. If found more guests stay an additional $ 175 cleaning fee.
