Our casita is so new that our landscaping is a work in progress. FULL KITCHEN!! OWNERS LIVE ON SITE. We do charge a fee over 2 guests.

North Phoenix Casita. Private entrance with studio hotel style room. Queen bed with walk in closet and Roku TV. Kitchenette with microwave, mini fridge, sink, coffee maker and toaster. Room has dedicated AC and water heater. Full bathroom with shower. Scenic, quiet neighborhood feels out of the way, but only 4mi to I-17 and 10mi to Cave Creek and 5mi from Ben Avery Shooting Range. Backed up to nature preserve with hiking/mountain bike trails. Trail access point is just one mile away.

We are located in a wonderful gated community in a great area, close to Spring Training facilities in Goodyear and Glendale. There are several golf courses including the renowned Wigwam Golf Resort.The neighborhood is backed up to the Palm Valley Golf Club with its new 9 hole Championship course designed by Phil Mickelson.

It is surrounded by the beautiful desert with mountain and city light views. There are biking and hiking trails nearby. Our property is close to 2 highways (I-17 and 101). We are about 25 minutes from downtown Phoenix, 25 min. from Sky Harbor Airport. We are 15 min from North Scottsdale.
