Sastoji se od dva zasebna apartmana koji se iznajmljuju kao cjelina. Apartman u prizemlju se sastoji od dnevnog boravka u kojem je krevet na razvlaćenje, sobe u kojojoj se nalazi bračni krevet, kuhinje i kupaonice Apartman na prvom katu se sastoji od dnevnog boravka, 2 sobe sa braćnim krevetima te kupaonice.
