Entire 1300 sq ft upper level(tenants reside in the bottom level) is perfect for families or small groups, nestled on a serene 10-acre lot. Inside, enjoy a well-appointed living area, fully equipped kitchen, and three inviting bedrooms. A perfect getaway close to everything!! *note we do use the dressers and bedroom closets for storage, so they aren’t available, but there is plenty of other space available for your storage!

Little Cabin in the woods surrounded by State and Federal land, snowmobile, ATV and bike trails. Quick 30 mins drive to beautiful Lake Michigan. Cabin is heated in the winter and air conditioning in the summer. Kitchen has dishes and a coffee pot for that fresh first cup. The Cabin is rustic and sets in the woods and is visited by nature. The local residents are deer, bear & squirrels. No WiFi(yet), but we have two TVs with local channels. Fire Pit and outside grill.

Built in 2023. Our A-Frame style home is located on thirty acres of maple, pine and sassafras rising out of a blanket of ferns set in the Manistee National Forest. Over a mile of well maintained, hiker only, trail winds through the woods. Hosting only adults, this property was designed for romantic getaways. This peaceful setting is only a 20-minute drive to downtown Ludington & Lake Michigan, where you can find a nice meal, hit the beach or catch the S.S. Badger!

Then again, check out all of the activities within a 10 minute drive: Marquette Trail Golf Club, 76th St Trailhead, the Pere Marquette River, Big Star Lake Boat Launch, and the city of Baldwin.

Come to the cabin for a peaceful getaway! Spacious backyard, relaxing bonfire pit and a cozy atmosphere inside. Get ready to RELAX! Like the outdoors, to hunt or fish? Great! The Pere Marquette river is a few minutes away. Long Lake public access is just down the road. Public land all around. Ludington 20 mins away, Baldwin 25 minutes! Local restaurant nearby with great burgers and fish always on the menu.
