Over 100 steps from the road below, this 'treehouse' is perched above it all and horizontally oriented on a steep lot between two creeks. We are located 9 min from the Golden Gate Bridge and 12 min from SF, 8 min from Muir woods, 11 min to the stunning Muir beach, 10 min to kayaking among houseboats in Sausalito, 5 min to hiking and mountain biking.

This is a lovely home to stay in for those looking to explore the Bay Area. It is a quintessential Mill Valley house near Mt.Tamalpais, Stinson Beach, and San Francisco. It is a short walk to the village where there are shops, restaurants and theaters. Hiking trails are nearby. The house is located on a hillside and there are quite a few stairs . There is a studio apartment downstairs where I sometimes stay there with my poodle, Gigi.
