great location. Host was very accumulating. Easy to get to the beach, they even had chairs and an umbrella. We were on a down stairs unit and could hear the people upstairs (heavy feet).

Super clean room looks exactly like the pictures!! Check in/out was very easy. There was a fridge and microwave which came in handy and accessible charging areas for phones, tablets, etc.

Marc was an amazing host! He was extremely helpful and responsive. His place was extremely clean and he had all the amenities we needed plus more. He was very flexible and we overall had an amazing and relaxing vacation! We will be back for sure.

Stayed for a night, and the experience was fantastic. Dan is super responsive and friendly, and was able to answer all our questions and provide us with everything we needed. The pool space was nice. When you stay here you get 24 hour pool access, and it's very clean with a cute fountain. There were some people already in the pool when we came by, but they were very friendly folks and we felt comfortable. The kitchette was perfect for our needs as well, as we ended up cooking in the suite to save some money. The suite itself was decorated very well, I loved the eclectic clowns, and there's plenty of places to fit all six of us comfortably. If you like dogs, the owner also has two gorgeous dogs that I was able to pet. In addition, as an LGBT traveler, I was happy to find a place so welcoming and safe for me. If I return to Tampa, I am highly likely to stay here again.

The hostess did everything she could to make sure that my needs and accommodations were met. It got off to a rocky start but smoothed out once we got an understanding of each other

Manuela’s place exceeded our expectations, and made our family’s celebration even more special. We had a small gathering, and the shops and stores nearby made it so much less stressful. Manuela’s place was clean, comfortable, and accommodating and I highly recommend especially for a larger family. I look forward to coming back during my travels to Tampa!

I travel to Tampa a lot for work and am constantly staying at airbnbs this house was exceptional! One of my Top 3 for sure. As soon as you walk in you can smell that they cleaned it so well and disinfected everything! The kitchen is fully equipped and the coffee bar was a plus. Not only that but the location is great! Close enough to downtown in such a cute quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again.

Exactly what we needed for a quick trip to the area. The home was very clean and nicely decorated. Fenced yard, fully enclosed patio, carport. Kateryn was friendly through messages and all important info was shared. When we have to go to Tampa again, we hope she will have us!

This location was perfect for me, my partner and my 2 dogs. The fenced in yard was great for the dogs. The bathroom was spacious. The beds were comfy. It had all the amenities we needed. We only stayed for one night for a music festival but it would be perfect for multiple nights as well. We will definitely be staying here again when we’re in the area. It was within walking distance from the venue which was perfect. It was clean, peaceful, and spacious. The hosts dalton and Emma were amazing. They were very responsive, kind and flexible. Check in and out was very easy and instructions were very clear.

We had a wonderful visit at the Milady's house. They were quick to respond, helpful, and allowed us to check in earlier. The house smelled great upon entering and everything was clean, organized, and without clutter. The large open concept kitchen/family room/dining room worked really well for the four of us, allowing all to be together but with plenty of space. The bathrooms are beautiful and clean and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked well. The outdoor space was great for morning coffee and offered both shaded and sunny sitting areas. The location is really convenient - Publix is within a mile as well as multiple restaurants. Downtown Tampa is lovely and an easy 10-15 min. drive depending on the time of day. I highly recommend this beautiful home for the quality, appointments, location, and wonderful hosts.

We stayed at Jimmy’s place for a ballet competition. The proximity to downtown was why I originally booked but the house was even better than I expected. The beds were SO comfortable and the linens were lovely. The pool and hot tub were perfect, and very private. Nobody can see the backyard from surrounding homes. The air conditioning in the house keeps up great with hot days and the kitchen had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better host, Jimmy was fast to respond with any questions and had the pool serviced/cleaned to ensure it stayed clean and clear for our time there. Highly recommend!

So I left my lock box accidentally at this Airbnb. When I messaged the host, he found it and mailed it to me with absolutely no problems. I very much appreciate the initiative that this host had! the bedroom is very pretty and has the perfect vibe, lots of beautiful artwork around the house and in the room. the bathtub was super deep, great for a bubble bath. Again I just wanna say how wonderful this host genuinely is. I highly recommend this property.

Beverly's place was absolutely amazing! we stayed here for our honeymoon and it couldn't have been better. it's clearly a loved place, with a beautiful, quite beach a single minute walk away, with enough nice cooking gear to cook in the place, and wonderfully comfy furniture and beds! Beverly and Phil were incredibly responsive, kind, and just all around amazing hosts! We can't recommend it highly enough and can't wait to come back! if you have never flown a kite before, pick one up at John's Pass and try it on the beach here! it's a blast!

The condo was very clean and well organized. Very spacious. The rep for Al was helpful, responded to questions quickly, very pleasant. The location was perfect for our purposes. Would recommend.
