The neighborhood beach, which is for residents and guests renting, fronts directly on the Chesapeake Bay and is just a few lots, and a short walk away. The gentle Bay beach with soft sand, gentle waves, and gently sloping bottom are perfect for fun and play for the whole family!

Pretty Byrd Cottage, a Victorian Bayfront Getaway!

Imagine getting away from it all by crossing a footbridge to a private island with a Victorian cottage on your own private 3-acre lake! This property is a unique oasis that combines today's modern conveniences with the charm of elegant decor. Enter the front door and be taken in by the surrounding water views, and enjoy charming verandas and a balcony that overlook the lake and gardens surrounding the cottage. Guests can also enjoy the use of a private beach, fishing, kayaks and a paddleboat!

Heartsong Farmhouse was completely renovated in 2019. Beautiful hardwood floors, brand new furniture, in a modern farmhouse style with a Boho vibe. The entire home is filled with beautiful natural light and the brick walls ensure a peaceful nights sleep. The yard is completely surrounded by a 15ft hedgerow of holly, magnolia and camellias, like walking into a secret garden. You will feel welcome from the moment you drive up. The Farmhouse is also beautifully decorated for the holidays.

Built in 1891, this farmhouse has been totally renovated by a professional designer. The Cottage is filled with coastal colors and accessories so it feels fun and updated but still retains the feeling of walking into a well loved family beach cottage. September 12-16 available. Rumbley Cottage, a custom-built home, provides a quiet stay in nature. Views from all windows. Look out at the mouth of the Manokin River at Tangier Sound on one side; wetlands on the other side. NO CLEANING OR PET FEE. Rumbley Cottage is enjoyed year- round with a great fireplace. Levering Creek Cottage is a waterfront property with a deep water dock that you can see from the back door. We are located on Levering Creek where you can sit on the dock watching watermen arrive with their daily catch, see nesting bald eagles, watch beautiful sunrise, fish and crab. We are also just steps away from most everything including the ferry.
