My brothers stayed in the apartment for my graduation ceremony. They enjoyed the apartment. The apartment is easy to find and close to the city centre. I will host my guests here again. Also Bobbie responds time was very prompt. I booked the apartment very late in the evening. My booking was confirmed and I checked in by 8:pm. I highly recommend the apartment for anyone coming to Plymouth.

A very comfortable place to stay. the apartment was very comfortable with everything you need. Parking was a bit tight at times when getting out, but minor. We would love to stay again, thank you Paul and Daphne

If you are looking for an apartment with a fantastic location this spot would be ideal. Located in Kingswear there are stunning views across to the Dartmouth embankment and harbour made more picturesque with the steam railway passing by. The apartment is immaculately presented with the kind gesture of milk and biscuits on arrival, all home comforts and a beautiful balcony which captures the sun and adds to the appeal. There are 2 pubs and wine bar within a five minute walk and 2 fine dinning restaurants amongst many other eateries across in Dartmouth. We can’t thank our host enough for a great stay.

This was my first time in Plymouth since moving from England to the U.S., visiting family who just relocated here. The apartment was better in person—I’m usually skeptical after being misled by online photos before, but this one exceeded expectations. Clean, secure, and close to key landmarks. As someone who worked in hospitality, I value good service over fancy facilities, and the host delivered. He communicated clearly, checked in during my stay, and was quick to respond. I mixed up the checkout time with another booking and was still there when housekeeping arrived. I felt bad, but they were very professional and didn’t make it awkward at all, even though it likely affected their schedule. Great service, great stay. I’d definitely book again.

What a wonderful apartment! And what great hosts!! We had a brilliant couple of days and would love to come back.

This property is spacious, clean, modern and had lovely views. It has everything for a week’s holiday, including great facilities, comfy beds and everything in order as you’d expect. It felt like the owner had gone the extra mile to make it a pleasant stay. The only thing that detracted a bit for us was the downstairs flat- whilst it’s separate, a bit of noise transferred upwards through the floor and the pipes, especially early in the morning as the people staying there were in work time and we were on holiday time! Apart from that, this is an excellent property and highly recommended for a relaxing holiday with great views of the marina and harbour.

This property was clean, bright and pleasant to be in. The beds were comfortable and we loved the spacious shower. The house was tucked away and was notably quiet even though surrounded by other properties. It was nice to have my car right outside the front door. Reversing out was a challenge for me but doable!

we really enjoyed our stay in Plymouth, great location near the train station. enormous house, all of the rooms were big and comfortable and well stocked kitchen of utensils and crockery. Matthew was responsive and friendly - thanks very much!

Staying at Daryl’s was perfect, he always responded to any messages I had sent to him within a short window, and was kind enough to leave us some Prosecco and chocolate as a welcome gift! The place was immaculate and exactly like the photos, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone else.

We absolutely loved our stay and we will definitely be back! The house was perfect for us all and we had loads of space. The kids loved the pool table! Great house, so well stocked we had all we needed. The surrounding area is beautiful and the beach is lovely with great places to eat and little beach shop which came in very handy when the kids all needed beach shoes! Thank you so much for making our stay wonderful. The only thing I would say is that the house is advertised as a “Lodge with hot tub” but you have to pay extra for the hot tub which I think could have been made clearer, not other than that absolutely no complaints at all. The apartment was absolutely perfect for our stay, spotlessly clean ,uncluttered and with everything we needed. Perfect for myself, my daughter and her baby, we really appreciated the peace and quiet of the area. The apartment was light and spacious with wonderful views over the beach and estuary, lovely to wake up to . Lyndsay was so helpful and communicated everything we needed to know so no added stress added to travelling with a 9 month old ! Thank you.

Had a booking cancelled at short notice and had to find an alternative sharpish.. found this one and the host was back to us straight away and remained in regular contact. Directions and getting in were easy and we even got notification that the accommodation was ready early. Very clean and comfortable inside - nice and cozy Great job by the host.

Right from first contact Lynne was helpful, kind and generous, and her apartment is beautiful and equipped with absolutely everything that you could need or want. The views from the balcony are incredible and the apartment is only minutes from the beach, cafés, pubs and restaurants. We have stayed in quite a few apartments around the marina, but this by far has been the best.

Rebecca 's place felt just like our home. Everything was exactly the same as described in the images. The apartment is neat and tidy; all amenities are functioning properly. The ambience was calm and quiet. Becki was indeed a kind, responsive and friendly host. The place is worth for its price, stay and amenities Nevertheless, I found it hard for the grocery shops which is almost 0.5- 1.0 miles away. Overall, it was great and lovely stay at Rebecca' s place.

The fact that this has been our third stay at this cosy little flat says it all really. It's a little bolt hole of heaven. The location is superb, in the heart of Teignmouth but quiet and peaceful with free on street parking nearby. The little garden has the sun all day and there are ample sunbeds and seating for two. Our host Luke couldn't be more welcoming and the little treats of Prosecco and Devon tea is a welcome respite after after a long trip. Thank you so much Luke.

Charming, spacious, modernised harbour front flat with all you could wish for. Highly recommended in this delightful classic Cornish fishing port.
