Loved our stay even though it was only short! The view is beautiful and the room is so pretty. The amenities like the big TV, small kitchen and bathtub were perfect and the bed was very comfortable! Hope to be back soon!

Super séjour dans l'appartement de Huy, je confirme les commentaires que j'avais pu lire précédemment : on s'y sent comme chez soi ! le logement est grand et le lit très confortable, coin cuisine très pratique. L'appartement était parfait et Huy est toujours réactif et répond très rapidement lorsque vous avez besoin de quelque chose. Cependant l'adresse est un peu difficile a trouver, on ne l'a trouve pas facilement sur Grab ou sur les applications de livraison par exemple donc l'adresse était un peu compliquée mais hormis ça c'est parfait

This price for 2 rooms is nice. Tay Ho is more peaceful than staying in Old Quarter.

The place was in a great location, walkable to many sites and to the Hop on Hop off Bus. The place has great security in the building at all times, though I never felt unsafe.

Overall, I would say it's a great place that matches the description! I would like to describe it as an oasis that is very different from the chaotic and busy streets of Hanoi. We know what we were signing up for. For people who are expecting the place to be completely quiet, do note that larger room with the ensuite bathroom is facing the street, so there will still be some noise from the streets. The smaller room is much quieter.

We stayed here for 4 days and had a lovely stay. It was in a great location, with loads of eateries and pubs. This meant that the street was pretty busy and could get noisy at night time. The apartment looked exactly as in the photos, it's was clean and tidy and there was plenty of room. Check in was very convenient and quick. Nhung and her team were always quick to respond to any queries.

This was such a great stay. We stayed at a few air bnbs in this price range in Hanoi and other cities in Vietnam and this was by far the best. Clean, great location, lovely girl at the front desk and security guard and a very cute apartment with a little balcony.

This was a great stay in Tay Ho. it was clean and easy to travel to. The Host was easy to communicate with and had clear instructions for checking in and out. Would highly recommend.

Modern and very spacious apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms (each with shower) and multiple balconies, on the fourth floor of an eight-story building with rooftop views of West Lake. Wifi was fast, and there was 55" 4K TV and a combo washer/dryer. The neighborhood is a tiny peninsula just south of the InterContinental Hotel — narrow alleyways flanked by upscale homes and cafes, with very little motor traffic. During my stay, I observed several locals come to this street to take photos of each other, so it seems to be known as a photogenic spot and a classy place to meet friends in Hanoi. The host courteously answered my numerous questions before I booked, and check in was easy with personal service from the security guard. Housekeeping service was provided twice a week at no extra charge. This is a great place to stay in Hanoi.

Great location in the Ba Dinh district, steps from Truc Bach Lake! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfect for exploring Hanoi. What really stood out was the kindness and responsiveness of the hosts – they were always quick to help and made my stay even better. Highly recommend!

Tolle Lage, die etwas ruhiger ist als in der Altstadt und trotzdem sehr zentral! Sehr schön eingerichtetes Zimmer und sehr sauber. Alle sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für mich war alles perfekt, da ich es sowohl zentral hatte, als auch mal etwas ruhiger und in einem Gebiet mit mehr Einheimischen. Super und jederzeit wieder!

Hai was amazing. He was so supportive and always messaging us, checking in to make sure we were okay and if we needed anything. His apartment was spotless, and was so nice, lovely to come to after a long day of travelling. If I could rate Hai higher I would, he and his son are lovely friendly people Thank you Hai

One of the very best rentals I’ve ever had - in every category - and I’ve had a lot through Airbnb and other sites! Prior to booking, Thuy was quick and kind with her communication. After booking, she was incredibly helpful with tips for the entire area, local guides, recommendations, and had answers to other questions I had - all done quickly and so pleasantly. Her recommendations were spot on and her referrals were just as great too! Upon the easy check-in, the home was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped for everything I needed for my month-long stay. The bed was super comfortable and the kitchen was perfect too. It’s rare when a rental in reality completely matches or exceeds the listing’s pictures… and it makes for a super wonderful experience and stay; this is that stay. Thank you Thuy for all your advice, recommendations, and for a wonderful time in Hanoi! The icing on the cake was getting to meet you in person - you are an absolute delight!

Vi havde et dejligt ophold hos Linh. Stor og rummelig lejlighed med god udsigt. Dejligt opholdsrum med fuld køkken og stue med mulighed for at se Netflix. Vi gik i Lotte Mall flere gange, som ligger lige ved siden af. Vi havde et par spørgsmål i løbet af opholdet, som meget hurtigt blev besvaret. Virkelig værdi for pengene!
