I frequently travel and have been to over 80 airbnbs already, but this has been definitely my best stay to date. Amazing and spotlessly clean apartment, perfect location, and Linh was extremely helpful throughout the stay, even being kind enough to pick up medicaments for me when I had a minor medical problem. I will come back for sure!

Linh, met us and personally set up grab ECT for my wife, dressed the dining table with flowers! very responsive even booked us a restaurant for dinner 10/10

Thanh’s is excellent host and communication

The place was in a great location, walkable to many sites and to the Hop on Hop off Bus. The place has great security in the building at all times, though I never felt unsafe.

My kids love the apartment. The location is really nice and convenient for everything you need. Linh is really supportive and helpful. Highly recommended!

This was our first time in Hanoi and Westlake area is great because it is close to all restaurants but It is a way from all the noise and yet it has all the shopping nearby. Our condo is located on 16th floor and has a great view of the city and close to Hanoi old quarter. The room is clean and the floor is made of marble with which made it cool and bright. Linh was very responsive and she made sure that we had everything that we needed.

We had a great stay at this apartment. The view was absolutely stunning straight to the Swan lake. The place was clean, comfortable, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed which made us felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended, and we’d love to come back!

Qv's place is amazing. The host is really helpful and responsive. They even help us to get 70% discount at Mori Onsen located just in the same building. Would love to stay there again if i go back to Ecopark.

This hospitality is quite good to enjoy the weekend at Ecopark. Suitable for family of 6-7 people and there are a lot amentities around this place. Highly recommend this place when you have a trip to Ecopark.

The apartment is spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with a balcony and master bathtub offering stunning views. We loved the in-house sauna, laundry area, and peaceful morning walks around the lake. Getting to the Old Quarter was quick and easy with Grab. The highlight was Hang’s heartfelt gesture of surprising us with a birthday cake for my dad and personally celebrating with us. Her warmth and hospitality truly made our trip unforgettable. Highly recommended! She was incredibly proactive and attentive, helping us plan the rest of our trip and ensuring we felt safe throughout. This place is amazing. Outstanding views, very clean, everything was amazing. The host is the friendliest and most responsive host I’ve ever had, he is extremely helpful. This Airbnb was one of the better airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. With the views, and Ecopark, and the restaurants, I give this a 10/10 and would 100% rent it out again. I stayed for a month and it was super nice coming back from the bustling markets in old town to the peaceful Ecopark. If you have children there is a park across the street that stretches all the way down the lake. There are plenty of restaurants around that are extremely delicious and easy to order. The price, the host, and the area, make this stay a must. This is your sign to BOOK IT NOW. They have a soundbar, great tv, and every amenity you need. I loved it. Smelled clean and it was clean. Purified water tap, and convenience store downstairs. Elevator is spacious. Security downstairs at night and I felt safe. Stay here.

Location was nice, felt safe in the neighborhood. Fits 7 comfortably with bathrooms on each floor. I would book it again!

Great option for getaway from Hanoi - fresh air, huge territory, a lot of activities. Hoai is a great host, everything went smooth and comfortable.
