Modern and very spacious apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms (each with shower) and multiple balconies, on the fourth floor of an eight-story building with rooftop views of West Lake. Wifi was fast, and there was 55" 4K TV and a combo washer/dryer. The neighborhood is a tiny peninsula just south of the InterContinental Hotel — narrow alleyways flanked by upscale homes and cafes, with very little motor traffic. During my stay, I observed several locals come to this street to take photos of each other, so it seems to be known as a photogenic spot and a classy place to meet friends in Hanoi. The host courteously answered my numerous questions before I booked, and check in was easy with personal service from the security guard. Housekeeping service was provided twice a week at no extra charge. This is a great place to stay in Hanoi.

We had a great stay in this neighborhood! Coffee shops and restaurants right outside the building. Tùngs place had great AC which was perfect for some of the humid weather. The building is easy to find and the building staff was also very kind and helpful. Would happily stay here again!

Above and beyond ⭐️ Khang is a great host, very responsive, flexible, and helped me with questions I had during my stay. I was even sick my last day, and he allowed me to have a later check in so I could rest. 🙏 As a solo female traveler, I felt reassured having him as a host. The Airbnb is beautiful and matches the photos. The balcony was peaceful and a great view. The bed was comfortable and the couch was too!! I would highly recommend! 🙏

Nice place and location, the wifi connection was weak but they managed to fix it.

She is just lovely! I spent 3 nights there and felt so welcomed. She’s incredibly friendly and warm. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Would definitely stay again!

Good place to live

서호변 경치 좋은 곳에 위치. 집 앞 도로에 밤에 다니는 모터바이크들이 많아 조금 시끄럽지만, 시내 중심가에 비하면 조용한 편임. 큰 길에서 떨어진 곳이라 교통이 조금 불편할 수 있지만, 그랩 택시를 이용하며 별 불편은 없었음. 침실과 화장실이 각 2개씩 있어서 3인이 사용하는데 매우 편리했음. 근처에 좋은 식당과 커피샵, 맥주집 등이 있어서 편하게 이용했음. 욕실비품, 주방기구 등 모든 것이 잘 구비되어 있어 만족했음. 조용하고 편한 숙소 원하는 분들에게 강하게 추천함

여행을 가는 이유는 새로운 무언가를 만나기 위해서라고 나는 생각합니다. 나와 내 친구들은 3층 짜리의 우수한 숙소, 그리고 친절한 호스트 덕분에 기분 좋은 여행을 할 수 있었습니다. 특히, 호스트의 친절함은 아무리 강조해도 지나치지 않다고 나는 생각합니다. 내가 불의의 부상을 입자, 그는 다양한 요소를 물어보며 나를 안심시켰습니다. 새벽에 같이 여행을 온 친구들과 거실에서 이야기를 나누는 것은 나에게 잊지 못할 추억이었습니다. 언젠가 다시 이 숙소에 방문하고 싶습니다. 그날이 언제일지는 모르겠지만, 아마도 그날이 온다면 나는 더 유능한 체크인😆을 할 수 있을 것입니다. 고맙습니다.

Great place for the money. Beautiful view over the lake and a lot of cafes on your door stop. Trà was super great and even saved me one day when I locked myself out of the apartment and had no phone.

Great small apartment in a quiet area of Hanoi. Big lake outside and lots of great coffee shops and places to eat nearby. A much nicer place to stay then then the crowed old quarter. Apartment was clean and communication with the host was clear and easy. I'd stay again.

The place was open and cool, with fresh air, especially for a place that's near the center of the city. The house was clean and beautiful, with all the necessities. Our host was super nice 😊. I also feel safe here with the camera system at the alleyway outside. This homestay is suitable for a female group or family. Thank you Ms. Huyền for always be available to help us. This is a great spot while visiting Hanoi if you need the extra space as each bedroom has their own bathroom (one of the bedrooms has a bathroom across the hall, but it works because the other two have their own private). This is part of two modern towers in Hanoi which give you a hotel-vibe. The building is secure with locked elevators. The location is great for exploring the many restaurant and cafe options all walkable! We found a strip of restaurants and bars all offering a wide variety of food from traditional Vietnamese to Pizza. This is a great location for your next visit to Hanoi.

This apartment is lovely! Võ added lots of personal touches to make the place welcoming (including snacks!!). There is a bath tub and a waterfall shower in the master suite. It's on the 23rd floor so it has lovely views of westlake. The place also has a washer/dryer (generally dryers are not common in Vietnam so this is huge). I live a bit outside of hanoi and wanted to do a 'staycation' in the expat area of the city. Westlake has a lot of great restaurants, bars, etc. and this apartment is right in the heart of it all!

Nice decoration, excellent value & good location. The 3 bedroom I booked was amazing. Honestly, the room was more than I expected with nice decoration and super clean. The host Mark really made my stay happy and convient, I and my family had such a great stay with such a wonderful recommendation for Tours and car to airport. Highly recommend it.

Our overall stay at Tuân’s was great. The helper was prompt with her cleaning and helped us out whenever we needed anything. The location is away from the hustle of the city and is quiet. It definitely has an incredible view.
