Drive right up to your front door! There is only one other apartment sharing this location. Amenities include wifi, smart televisions in living room and bedroom, couch that folds out into a full size bed (pillows and blankets are in the ottoman in front of couch), eat in kitchen, and free parking. Cottage sits behind our home (see photo). NOTE- Main house may have large groups. Pool and outside areas share spaces. Near Owensboro, Rockport, Hawesville & Lewisport. There is ONE bedroom which can be made into EITHER two California twins OR one California king -Wifi. We have a Smart TV you may use your Netflix and so on with. Kitchen is well stocked with necessities. Eating/work space is provided. Comfortable recliner chairs. Access to the grounds.

The Treehouse

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located 2 bedroom, 1 bath second floor apartment. Fully furnished, cozy, and located right in the center of Leitchfield. Also centrally located between Rough River (10 minutes) and Nolin lake (22 minutes) with room for boat trailer parking. With restaurants and grocery stores less than 5 minutes away, this apartment is also perfect for extended stays. Both bedrooms are furnished with queen beds.
