Wahuhi Holler at Created Country is 10 min from Tellico Plains, the river and Cherohala Skyway. Enjoy 17 acres with 1.25 miles of ever expanding walking trails next to a creek and brooks. Keep an eye out for those pesky gnomes. Relax in the rocking chairs on the front porch or grilling out on the back. Located near the Appalachian Trail, Nantahala Forest, and only minutes from Hiwassee Lake, this 2 bed/2 bath with extra loft is ideal for couples or small families eager to hike and explore. Read a book in the hammock, gather around the firepit, or relax in the hot tub gazing at the stars.

Just a short drive from the traffic light in Tellico Village. Your spacious accommodations are the full lower level of this golf front lakeview home. Remodeled with comfort and relaxation in mind. The golf front deck has a large gas grill and outdoor seating, firepit area and Waterfall! Location is close to all the TV amenities and easy access to our wonderful East TN mountains and lakes. Take in the sunrise from the queen-sized bedroom surrounded by glass. The living room has a sleeper sofa and 55" TV. Enjoy a full size bathroom with walk out shower, and a kitchen equipped with refrigerator, stove, toaster oven, and microwave. Stream movies from the projector on the giant covered porch with forest views.

The Willow is a slice of paradise on the Valley River. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful riverfront property. Large green space for cornhole, tossing the football, and general merriment. Splash, swim or just float around in the river. Take a nap on the the waterfront deck to the sounds of the river and birds. Enjoy some time in downtown shops, restaurants, and breweries as well. World class whitewater rafting on the Ocoee and Nantahala are just minutes away.

The Hive - Yurt Stay on micro farm

Welcome to The Hive! This is the second unit on our hobby farm and a nature lovers paradise :) Gorgeous views and abundant wildlife both day and night. After parking near the main home you will take a very short (under 300ft) walk down the hill to the 24ft yurt. On the walk down stop and say hello to the farm animals. Inside the yurt you will have all the amenities to keep you entertained and cozy. Venture out to hike, kayak, shop, etc or just stay in with a good book.
