You’ll enjoy huge windows overlooking the SF Bay, lots of natural light, a new queen bed, lounge area, bluetooth speaker & kitchenette with sink, fridge, microwave, coffee/tea station. A large monitor and standing desk makes it easy to work or stream movies using our gigabit Wi-Fi. Easy parking and bus access.

Cozy Home + Garden in the Hills

Nestled at the top of the Berkeley Hills, just outside Tilden national reserve, with beautiful views of the bay from the neighborhood. There is a bedroom, bathroom, and central room with kitchenette. The space is cozy and fit for a maximum of 2 visitors. The yard fully fenced and private for you and any four legged travelers. Pets do require a separate cleaning fee so we ask you register them as you book.

Berkeley Bitty House - a little bit of home

The Berkeley Bitty House is our cozy little detached guesthouse, located in a quiet residential neighborhood that is a few minutes drive to campus and within walking distance to many landmarks. Although itty bitty, it feels luminous and private, with a large skylight and windows that overlook a private deck with hot tub. The view of the bay from the private deck is breathtaking.

Peaceful and quiet but just a few blocks to UC Berkeley, all the restaurants of the "Gourmet Ghetto", and the North Berkeley Bart station. Surrounded by trees on 1/2 acre, our cottage in Kensington/ Berkeley Hills is a perfect country house in the city. Our relaxing light-filled retreat is decorated with our original textile designs, Kiran's fine art photography and has a hot tub available for the guests under the stars.
