Fabulous stay over the Easter long weekend in April 2025. Elizabeth was helpful and responsive from the start of our communications. We drove to Melbourne from interstate and arrived about 2 hours later than we had initially hoped. At 9:40pm, Elizabeth greeted us with a smile and showed us through the wonderful apartment. The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment was clean and spacious. Both bathrooms had liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner. The kitchen pantry, cooking equipment and general supplies was one of the best we had stayed in for airbnb or serviced apartments. Pantry had lots of different herbs and spices, olive oil etc to cook with, a few choices of tea bags, coffee pod machine with a great variety of pods to choose from, and even a hand held frother. We were very happy with our stay and we hope the apartment is available next time we're in Melbourne.

The apartment was as described and I loved my stay there. It was cosy and very comfortable. Great location and I will definitely stay there again when going to Mornington Peninsula. Browyn's communication was excellent and it was overall a fantastic experience. I highly recommend it.

We enjoyed the proximity to Acland St and appreciated the off street parking - even with the disturbingly narrow access. We had two families of 3 staying and felt like there was plenty of space for us all.

Nice place and then trusted owner because when i damaging pillow sheet and bath towel they only charge me what i should pay for, not like other owner who charge me extremely expensive. Thanks for always being honest. Thanks for the beautiful homey place, always wanted to come back

Very cosy,quiet unit. Very well appointed, very helpful hosts with little added e tras, like gresh mill in the fridge, coffee, tea and an assortment of spreads. Altogether a very enjoyable experience. Would not hesitate to use the property again when in the area.

Very comfortable, secure and clean place with all the facilities we needed for an enjoyable short stay. Parking was off the main road and secure behind a gate. Outside a path led for a pleasant 10 minute walk into the main street of Sorrento while a General store with excellent coffee was a 2 minute walk away.

Ying’s place was extremely clean and comfortable. Bed was lovely and she was proactive to fix any issues we had. Such a lovely host and would definitely book again.

Vicky came through for us when a car breakdown caused an impromptu stay in Geelong. We couldn't have asked for a more accommodating host; we really enjoyed the stay and the hostess. I recommend staying here for your vacation needs!

We had an incredible stay at the charming retreat. From the moment we arrived, Dot was welcoming and warm, making us feel right at home. One of the first things we noticed was the thoughtful little details, like the personalized welcome sign, which set the tone for the entire stay. The place itself was immaculately clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was both cozy and inviting. We especially loved the continental breakfast, which was delicious and the perfect start to our day. Dot also left some of our favourite chocolates to enjoy. Location-wise, it couldn’t have been better. Just a short walk to the beach, cafes, and restaurants, we were able to easily explore the area without feeling rushed. Despite being close to everything, the neighborhood was remarkably peaceful, which made for a relaxing and restful stay. Overall, the retreat exceeded our expectations in every way. Dot’s hospitality, the attention to detail, and the great location left a lasting impression.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in St Kilda! The self-check-in was seamless, making arrival super convenient. The place was neat, well-furnished, and very comfortable, easily accommodating four people. The location was perfect, right opposite a beautiful park and playground, with great restaurants nearby and just a 5-minute walk to the tram stop—super handy for getting around. The neighbourhood was lovely, and the neighbours were friendly, adding to the overall charm of the stay. The host was very responsive and made sure everything was smooth. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting St Kilda! Would definitely stay here again.

We appreciated our recent 4 night stay in this apartment. Easy - which counts for alot. Clean, comfortable and with underground parking. The couch was very comfortable however the tv was way too big for the space and for us, unwatchable. That said - a perfect place for our needs this time in Melbourne.

Incredible location. Only a few houses down from the beach. Walking distance to an abundance of beautiful shops and great restaurants/cafes. Very peaceful and quiet apartment block. Very easy to access, no stairs, super clean - couldn’t fault it. Thank you for a great stay!

Frances and Ray were great hosts. As described the accommodation is at the rear of their house but we were allowed our privacy and they were there if we needed them. Everything you required was included and it was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend staying here if you are planning at visit to this area.

We had a fantastic fun filled holiday. The apartment had everything we needed. The kids really enjoyed the pool and playground.

We absolutely loved our stay. Fantastic location, across from the beach, Totti’s etc but still a quiet location. Blockout blinds were amazing for our bub (and us!). Will stay again.
