Explore the property & help yourself to fresh eggs, fruit & veggies, freshly ground coffee & a sample of our favourite local beer. You'll never want to leave! But if you do, it's a 5 min stroll to the nearest cafe or Barwon river, 5 min drive to the CBD & we are surrounded by incredible beaches, wineries & the amazing Surf Coast!

Beach Cottage Anglesea (Point Roadknight Beach)

Our cosy Cottage is ideal for a couple. It has a fully appointed kitchen, linen & towels supplied, ensuite bathroom, Queen bed, Foxtel, additional outdoor hot shower, a private deck, courtyard, BBQ and air conditioning. Its a 3 minute walk to Point Roadknight Beach and clifftop walks to Anglesea Beach. The Great Ocean Road is close by ensuring easy access to all that the Surfcoast has to offer. Regretfully despite our love of animals the Cottage is just not suitable for pets. Self check in.

"Leafy Retreat" is a spectacular, wood and lead light Art Deco/Nouveau/Arts Crafts inspired private bungalow. Surrounded by intriguing gardens and private spaces, whimsical footpaths and fantastical creative elements. Hand built and adorned by the hosts who have collected unique items for 20 years to place in this unique dwelling. Come, enjoy a long soak in our stone bath! NOTE: Leafy Retreat is very private and is located at the rear of the hosts house in a very quiet suburban street.

Sunnyside is located just off the Great Ocean Road approximately 15 minutes from Apollo Bay. A fully private and self-contained loft studio offers panoramic views of the Southern Ocean and sits in amongst the Otway rainforest treetops. The property has over 10 acres to explore; an olive grove, an orchard, a mature oak forest and stunning walkways combining both pasture and native surroundings. You may even be lucky enough to meet our resident Koala! A one-of-a-kind experience awaits.

Cityview Cottage - view to the coast & city lights

Cosy, self-contained cottage with views from the verandah stretching right through to Bass Strait. Enjoy easy access, your own well off-street parking right in front, and a relaxing, stylish space perfect for 1 or 2 adults guests. Just minutes to Deakin University, Epworth Hospital and Waurn Ponds Shopping Centre, 10 minutes to Mt Duneed Estate and 15 minutes to Geelong’s CBD. With quick Ring Road access, it’s an ideal base for exploring the Surf Coast, Bellarine and Great Ocean Road.

Possum House

Come and enjoy the open space. Our guest house is situated on 32 acres of country landscape with ocean views. Comfortably furnished. Large king bed, bunk room, fold out queen koala sofa & two single fold out occasional chairs. Both Bathroom have 2 showers 2 toilets. ( dormitory style bathrooms ) Modern kitchen with appliances. Outdoor bbq area, fire pit and plenty of room to play. Less than 5 mins drive to Torquay beach and shops. The best part is the freedom and fresh air:)

Ella's Rest

Our beautiful villa Ella's Rest is nestled on a 7 acre property in a quiet pocket of Torquay. Recently completed with a local architect our eco-friendly 2 bedroom home is truly unique and finished to the highest quality. The natural aesthetic creates a space that captures light and views from every room making it seamless from outside to in. A sheltered deck overlooking the dam and a north facing courtyard with outdoor dining, shower and firepit makes it truly hard to ever leave.

Deśa Retreat - Villa Sukha

Deśa Retreat is a place to unwind and connect with yourself, your loved ones and nature. Within walking distance to the stunning beaches of Jan Juc and Torquay, walk the clifftop track, explore the bush, surf iconic breaks Winki and Bells, or simply sit and watch the view from one of the many lookouts dotted along the coast. Now offering a beautiful outdoor sauna and cold plunge wellness space on site ($35 per person for 60 minutes or $60 per couple, cash payment).

Take it easy at our unique and tranquil getaway. We offer a modern and comfortable 2 bedroom apartment for a tranquil escape from your daily life, or for an active weekend on you bike or surfboard. It is suitable for two couples or a family. It is 15 minutes from Geelong and centrally located on the Bellarine Peninsular, close to the Queenscliff ferry, wineries, surf beaches, Adventure Park, and all the other attractions around the peninsular.

Accessible Country Cabin

Modern Fully accessible studio apartment situated in a garden overlooking a field of lavender (only flowers Oct, Nov, Dec) close to short and long walking tracks. Just 3 minute walk to the Barwon river, 10 minutes walk to the local shops - with two pubs, three coffee shops, small supermarket, butcher, baker, candlestick maker, and everything you need for short stay in a country town one hours drive from the centre of Melbourne.

Winki Inn

The Winki Inn, located at the beginning of The Great Ocean Road is a secluded self-contained unit overlooking the famous Bells Beach. Built in the 70s, the newly renovated stone Inn, is the perfect place to enjoy the ships pass by on bass strait. The Winki Inn is walking distance of the Bells Beach surfing reserve and the clifftop costal track. The tranquil property is a five-minute drive from Torquay.
