Just a 10 minute walk to the local cafe, shop, pub and of course the stunning Jan Juc surf beaches and clifftop walking tracks.

We live upstairs & don’t allow pets as we encourage wildlife into our garden; a blend of indigenous & food producing plants, stone walls & sculptures. Easy ring road access to the Surf Coast or Melbourne and a short drive to the many attractions on offer around Geelong. Sorry not suitable for children or pets.
