Prosser Dam Paradise- Close to town and reservoir

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home on Prosser Dam Rd. Located minutes from Prosser Reservoir and a short distance to downtown Truckee, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has all the space you need for a wonderful stay. 6 guests are included in the price of the reservation. There are two sleeper sofas and the house can accommodate up to 8 guests. Guests 7 and 8 would be $50 per night per guest. Pets are allowed for a negotiable fee $$ depending on how many nights and how many pets!

Olympic Valley, Studio!

Our beautiful Studio is located in the peaceful area of Olympic Valley, in a dead-end street with limited traffic which add to your retreat. It is the perfect retreat for max 2 guests. You can enjoy walking along the beautiful Olympic Valley meadow to the Village (0.8 miles) and go for a bite or do some shopping....very short drive....Hiking Granite Peak or Shirley Canyon, biking or roller blade along the meadow and the Truckee River to Tahoe City, Downhill skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing.

Small condo at base of Tahoe Donner ski hill. Its really ideal for 2 people. However, there is a couch that folds down can becomes a bed (suitable for someone under 5.8). Deck overlooks the ski hill and has a killer view. There is a full size fridge, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven and induction hot plate. Full bathroom. The unit has a table / work station. There are two chars and there are two black side tables that can act as extra seats so 4 people can sit at the table.

Our cabin is in Tahoe Donner (TD), a great basecamp to explore this beautiful area! A short drive to TD's HOA amenities (pools, hot tubs, golf, tennis, 60+ miles of hiking/mountain biking trails, XC ski trails and more!*), Donner Lake, Downtown Truckee, and several options for hitting downhill slopes (Sugar Bowl, Palisades, Northstar, Tahoe Donner - take your pick!). * There are guest fees for private amenities; check TD website or call to see fees and closures. Truckee Tahoe Paradise

Centrally located home, 4 Queen Beds, attached garage and driveway. Natural Light. Underground utilities (power outages are rare). Conveniently is 2.2 miles from Downtown Truckee (1.8-mile paved trail). NorthStar Ski Resort is 15 mins (8.4 miles) and Palisades Tahoe (Squaw Valley Ski Resort) is 19 mins away (13.9 miles). Trails for snowshoeing, cross country, sledding, biking, and hiking. Donner Lake is a 9 min drive and Lake Tahoe is 19 mins away. Air Purifier on at all times.

It doesn't get better than this ski-in ski-out 1 bedroom condominium at Northstar. You cannot get much closer to the lifts than this condo with it’s balcony looking directly at the entrance to the Big Springs Gondola. With 1 king bed and a full sized pull out couch this is the perfect escape for a couple or young family. Get a nice massage on the brand new whole body massage chair after a long day of skiing. + Hot tubs and gym! Catamount is the best building in Northstar Village.

Truckee Winter Cabin: 9 Beds, Foosball, Fireplace

Tahoe Donner cabin, sitting on a beautiful property, in a quiet neighborhood, filled with tall pines and Tahoe Donner's golf course in the backyard. This is a great location and home, for all seasons. Entering the home you will notice a large open lower level, with tall windows and beautiful views of pines, plenty of room to lounge around on the large sectional, and a huge fireplace between the kitchen and living room. Upstairs you will find foosball table and a bunk room.

Truckee River Bike House

ON THE TRUCKEE RIVER right in the historic downtown area, our little place is a 2 block walk to restaurants and shopping. You’ll love our place because you can sit inside or in bed and watch the river flow by. It's a peaceful place, new and modern, private and the middle of it all. It's not just a place to stay, it's a destination. QUIET people only please. We have a firm sofa sleeper. we have a couple of other mattresses we can bring in if you prefer a softer bed.
