Great stay! Good communication and fantastic location.

We had such a good time staying in Oahu and felt right at home at Jordan’s condo. Everything we needed was available for us as soon as we walked in - the kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals every night and bedrooms each have their own bathroom which made it comfortable. The layout is great and we loved sitting on the porch with morning coffee. We used the pools and tennis courts on property and also loved how close everything was as the beach is less than a 5 min walk! Highly recommend staying in Jordan’s beautiful condo if you’re in North Shore.

We absolutely loved staying here. We would be blessed to come stay again. we stayed with our 2 little kids. We enjoyed having breakfast on the lanai. A dream. We LOVE Pat's and Ed's place did not disappoint.

We stayed for a week; loved the location & easy access to the things we did in the region. We did laundry regularly in the condo- very convenient! The property is quaint but well laid out & beautiful. It worked well for our group of 4 adults & an infant. The 2nd bed is in the living rm area which is something to consider based on who you travel with & your sleep schedules. We were up early most days so it worked fine for us. It is a comfortable bed but it’s also the couch when the group is together in the evenings . We did bring in the larger chairs from the sun room and that helped for additional seating. The beaches were fantastic & plentiful! We often went earlier in the mornings & again later in the day. There is a beach just beyond the banyan tree & it can also be accessed from the road outside the resort less than 1/2 a mile away, It felt like a private beach- we snorkeled and found turtles there. That was a highlight for us! We would definitely return!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time. The view was amazing and the pool was warm for our kids. The house was stocked with essentials and a gift of Hawaiian chocolate macadamia nuts. Host was responsive and check in was all via email and codes. Would def stay again!

Condo was in a great location, easy walk to beach and restaurants. Area is really quiet and peaceful. Jeannine is very responsive and helpful.

I live in Honolulu and it's always great to escape to the windward side for a weekend getaway of peace. I fell asleep to the sound of the ocean each night. couldn't ask for anything else. Kind neighborhood. Beach front. 10/10. Would stay again!

A lovely perch for a relaxing vacation! So nice to meet the owners and trade stories upon arrival. The place was amazing with everything we needed for a perfect stay- spotlessly clean, well supplied kitchen, open living area with garden views, luxurious king bed and tile shower, laundry and parking. Trade wind cross ventilation and AC took the edge off on warm days. Such great extras like boogie boards, beach towels and chairs! Amazing location! Made great use of the helpful Hale Honu book of recommendations for meals and activities. We loved having our Ted’s Bakery guava or mac nut cream pie on the lanai while meeting friendly neighbors passing by. Hulihuli chicken from Foodland for dinner. Short walk for sunset drinks at the Turtle Bay Resort bar. Highly recommend day hike to ‘Ehiku pillbox, Waimea Valley botanical garden, Matsumoto’s shave ice in Haleiwa. Roast pork plate lunch at The Smoking Boar and the Coconut in Waialua. Hope to return soon, Mahalo!!

Charles Place was perfect for for my family. The outdoor space was amazing , we sat outside almost every day to enjoy the beautiful weather, view, and we loved the BBQ and fire pit to sit around. All bathrooms were stocked with stuff that you sometimes forget on vacation. The beds were very comfy. Kitchen was very modern. We loved the water filter attached to the sink this made it easy for us to get water at anytime. The space comes along with plenty of beach supplies for 8 people which was very nice. The local beach was only a 5 minute drive from the property. Not a lot of restaurants but honestly the drive around the island was beautiful which distracted you from the drive time. Charles is an amazing responsive host which made it very easy to express any questions we had . We will definitely stay again if we come back to this island. Thanks for the great stay !

This place was perfect for our quick stay for a funeral that was at the bay 4 minutes away. The house was well equipped, comfortable and clean. The back porch was a great place to relax after a long day at the beach. The AC was a refreshing change after a hot day. Oh and the beds were super comfortable. We would highly recommend.

Loved my stay, especially walking the trail to the point for sunsets and being able to walk to Waimea beach.

House was beautiful. It had everything that you needed as if you were right at home. It was very comfy and pleasant. The gated community made me feel safe and secure. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

A comunicação com o proprietário foi excelente pois respondia rápido e ainda nos deu muitas dicas! Casa muito limpa e bem equipada,inclusive com tudo que precisamos para ir na praia. Éramos uma família de 6 pessoas,5 jovens entre 18 e 28 anos e eu. Todos amaram a casa! Sentiremos muita saudade!

Jimmy's place was absolutely beautiful!! It was immaculate, and beautifully decorated. We slept so well, and loved hanging out there. Everything about his place is exquisite! The surrounding mountains were gorgeous, and the gated community made us feel so secure. we had the most wonderful experience in Waianae! Thank you, Jimmy for hosting the best airbnb we've ever stayed in!!!

Nice apartment, well equipped. It is exactly what it looks in photos, and even more spacious! The washer and dryer are definitely a bonus! The environment of the community is amazing! (Only thing I’ll remind other guests is that: there is only a small convenient store located in nearby Ritz Carleton hotel. Large stores are 10 minutes away by car. So, if you’d like to cook yourself or something, please buy what you need before driving here. Again, this is not a problem.)

We had a fantastic stay! The host and their team were incredibly responsive—when we inquired about a Keurig coffee machine upon arrival, Mark was there within minutes to take care of it. The place was clean, beautiful, and had an amazing view. The location was perfect—close to the beach but far enough from the busy crowds of Waikiki to feel peaceful and relaxing. Plus, they provided beach towels and other beach essentials, which was a great touch. Highly recommend!

We loved this place for our family to stay. We had three generations and it was great for everyone. It was quiet and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved the extras on the lanai for the beach. Wagon, umbrella, and toy bucket were lovely to have. My son loved the proximity to the pickleball court. The walk to the beach was easy and the pool was nice for a closer swimming option.

Great host and very responsive. Recommend listing confirm that need to bring charcoal to use bbq. Did find some leftover from another guest, unfortunately after we needed. Great place to stay and would rebook in future

This condo is amazing! Right on the beach, beautiful sunrise each day right from the lanai. Safe and comfortable. Snorkeling and swimming awesome. Condo Stocked well with everything needed for a family vacation. Great location on the quiet north west side of Oahu. Definitely would stay again!

Tania was an incredible host! She was so quick to respond to messages and was so helpful and thoughtful! Her place is absolutely amazing. She thought of everything. The kitchen is well stocked, there are plenty of things for the beach, etc. We had fun doing all the things…from the beach, hikes, pool, to tennis…Tania’s place was stocked to support it all! We had a wonderful stay and hope to visit again :)

This was a return visit to Pat’s, but first time staying in this particular unit. We love staying on this side of the island- away from the crowds in Waikiki, and manageable drive to anywhere you would want to go on the island. Before making a reservation, I reached out to see how the current construction was impacting this unit. The hosts were quick in their response and reassured me that construction was on the opposite side of the condo (true as of April 2025). There were a couple days we stayed at the unit during construction hours, and were not bothered in the slightest. We loved enjoying coffee on the lanai in the mornings and spotted several sea turtles from the lanai. Can’t beat the beautiful beach that is right out front of Pat’s. Hosts were kind and very responsive. The unit feels large in comparison to other units we have stayed at on the same property. Everything was as described. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

Last minute booking when a previously booked apartment was not as advertised so I was apprehensive of whether it would be as good as described. And it was! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, loved the location, great courtyard to enjoy, very comfortable bed and lots to do in the area. Would stay again

Every aspects of our visit was excellent. The penthouse is an exquisite location with sweeping views of the ocean from both levels. Everything is new and tastefully designed. The two levels offered complete accessibility for the oldest member of our party, with a bedroom and bath adjacent to the living room/dining room. Upstairs lanai is even larger than the lower and is a perfect spot for writing & reading. There is a bit more street noise in the bedrooms that face the road, but that quiets down at night. Kathleen was the perfect host -- prompt, clear, and gracious. We hope very much to return to this beautiful condo in the future.
