Welcome to The River House. Nestled along the Sturgeon River close to the heart of Indian River. This custom designed house features an open studio floor plan, with a queen bed and fold out sofa available. There is a full gourmet kitchen with quartz countertops and a view of the river while cooking. Enjoy your time outside on the deck overlooking the river. In the summer months tubers and kayakers float down the river past the house regularly. Downtown Indian River is just a short distance.

Enjoy the private setting with full amenities and nearby to Petoskey, Nubs Nob, Gaylord, Boyne Highland and the Mackinaw Bridge (25-30 mins).

The strategically placed windows provide stunning views of the surrounding forest and encourage natural airflow. In my opinion there is not many places that surpass this idyllic location.

The Rhubarbary Ruins - with an outdoor sauna

We have just added an outdoor sauna to this fabulous cabin in the woods behind our house. Although there is only 1 proper bedroom there is a sleeping loft with a queen size bed and window overlooking the hardwood forest. We also have a pull-out couch. Guests have complete privacy and everything provided for a comfortable stay This is a cabin with peaceful relaxation in mind....no loud parties or anything of that nature. Come and enjoy northern Michigan's beauty in all seasons.

The Apple House is a recently renovated and furnished 1928, 1100 sq ft cottage. It is in a private wooded location on 15 acres, set 500 ft off the road. The space is light and airy with ceiling fans and has central heat and air for your comfort. Enjoy the pastoral view from the sunroom, cook in the updated, well equipped kitchen, and enjoy your beverages from the wine fridge. There is a 55" Smart TV with a Xumo streaming device with Spectum TV and WiFi.
