Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Ideally located in Noe Valley with a walkability score of 91, this in-law unit is the lower level of my single family home. Very large rooms, the bedroom features a queen bed, desk for any work you need to do and an en-suite bathroom. Dining area has a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, tall dining table. The adjacent living room has a large screen tv, plenty of seating and high speed wifi. Public transportation is steps away.

The heart of The Mission District is a five minute drive or bus (bus stop across the street) ride away. This studio has gets lots of light in the morning and is peaceful with the view of Mission Dolores Church in the background. It’s about 280 square feet. You can’t beat the location and privacy. You also have direct access to a common shared garden. It’s a perfect place to come home to after working in the city or exploring. The location is the best. You don’t need a car when you stay here. Relax at this quiet, peaceful, private and cozy suite. Enjoy the deck and garden. Perfect for 1 or 2 people. It can accommodate 4 with less privacy. Over 2 adult guests there is an extra fee of $25/per night. Children under 16 are free. Public transportation, restaurants, cafes, whole foods, bakery etc are all in walking distance. There is street parking with no restrictions. Dog friendly and of course wifi. I live on the property and available should you need anything.
