Welcome to our pet-friendly, walkable, luxury romantic retreat in Tyler’s A1 tree-lined historical Azalea District. Built in 1946, restored in 2021 & 2026, when we did our 2-spa-bath remodel showcasing smart bidet toilets LED mirrors and genuine Dutch Delft Blue tiles/hand-painted tile artwork. Dogs/cats are welcome. Enjoy pet amenities, pet towels, treats, waste bags, fully fenced in backyard play area with no cleaning fees. Downtown Rose Capital Studio w/ Private Sauna

The Rose Capital Studio is a unique and inspiring space. Rose Capital Studio features a 9ft wide ceiling-mounted 'backdrop' and movie projector which is perfect for entertainment. The space includes beautiful large windows, exposed concrete beams, and a private sauna for relaxation. As impressive as the space is, the best feature is likely our location. The studio is located right in the middle of Downtown - in walking distance from so many of Tyler’s best coffee-shops, restaurants, & bars.
