You can hear the distant whistle of a passing train on the nearby tracks. Some of the finest fishing in Pa is mere steps away being just across the road.

This 5-bedroom chalet sits high on the ridge overlooking a beautiful private pond & walking path. Large family or a group of friends this home is perfect to have your own space. 1st floor has a private entrance, full kitchen, dining area, 2 bedrooms with 2 double queen bunk beds & a full bathroom. 2nd floor has a private entrance, full kitchen, dining area, 2 bedrooms, a loft bedroom, & 1 full bathroom. *The 1st floor & 2nd floor are not connected inside. Boat parking is across the street*

Cottage in Warriors Mark

Our Cottage was originally the Barber shop here in Warriors Mark. It was eventually converted into an efficiency apartment. I completely renovated the Cottage over the summer of 2024. The space is very comfortable and inviting with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The space is perfect for a couple. The loveseat easily converts to a full size bed 51x72 inches. It is comfortable for one adult or 2 children. Close to fishing: Little Juniata, Spruce Creek, Raystown Lake.

Spruce Creek Cottage

Come relax along Spruce Creek. We have a fire pit where you can sit along the creek and watch for bald eagles along with a walking path that follows the creek. The creek beside the property is unfortunately club owned so you can't fish there. Although if you drive 2 miles and you can fish the famous Spruce Creek at a public fishing spot. The Juniata River is also close by and has great fishing. It's only about a 30 minute drive to State College and all Penn State events.

Orchard Guesthouse

Private, cozy cottage with lots of extras. Wake up after a comfortable night's sleep to a breakfast of eggs from our chickens, prepared in a well-appointed kitchen. Kitchen, bath & bedroom refreshed in 2026. After a day of sightseeing relax on the patio with a glass of wine & dinner prepared on the grill. Close to shopping, restaurants, UPMC Hospital, PSU Altoona, Horseshoe Curve, Canoe Creek, 40 minutes to Penn State University Park, 2 miles to I 99 and US 22.
