We are within driving distance of Sayre, Elmira, Watkins Glen, Ithaca & Binghamton. Easy access to I-81. ***Max occupancy is four guests. Anyone staying overnight must be listed in the reservation. We are located approximately 7 miles from town where you can shop or go out to eat. If you prefer to do your own cooking you will have a full kitchen to make what you please. The loveseat pulls out to be able to bring an additional person.

The Theodore Friendly House was built in 1880 in the Queen Anne style with Eastlake details throughout. Located in the Near Westside National Historic District, which is a prime location near Downtown Elmira's shops, restaurants, theaters, museums, arena, churches, and bars.
