We had a great time enjoying the gorgeous view of Lake Tahoe from Sue’s condo. We aren’t skiers, but if you are, the location can’t beat. The condo had a washer dryer, its own patio, and the queen bunkbeds were great for our kids. Sue did a great job checking in and was helpful in accommodating a later than expected arrival. Be prepared to follow the instructions around unloading and loading your car and where you can and can’t park. It could have proven in a bit cumbersome had we not been prepared based on Sue’s great instructions. If you are looking for beautiful views of the lake without all of the hustle and bustle of South Tahoe, Sue’s place is awesome !

Devin’s cabin was the perfect spot for our long weekend with family and dogs. The outdoor space was a highlight—it gave us plenty of room to spread out and let the dogs run around freely. We were lucky enough to get snow during our stay, which made for such a fun experience. We built snowmen and even got some sledding in with our toddler out back! After the kids went to bed, we cozied up by the fireplace with a glass of wine—pure relaxation. The house was more than spacious enough for our group of 5 adults, 2 kids, and 2 dogs. The beds were super comfortable—we all slept really well. A special shoutout to the upstairs spa steam shower (so good after a day in the snow!) and the heated floors in both bathrooms—such a luxurious touch. The location is great too—just a 4-minute drive to the grocery store, cute shops, and restaurants. And you’re also close to some beautiful beaches, which makes this spot feel like the best of both worlds. All in all, we had a wonderful stay!

Comfy, coxy, clean. In a quite neighborhood and bigger in the inside! Didnt have to worry about anybody tripping over one another because there is plenty of space to spread out. Easy to find things and great for a pretty sizable group to make dinner and play cards without being squeezed together!

Extremely responsive host. The place was great- clean and beautiful. The entire community was peaceful and we felt right at home. Very convenient to check in and flexible check out times. Definitely recommend this place. Will be back again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. We have stayed in this complex before and come up often for kids sports. The location of the complex can't be beat, and the lakeside access, fire pits, and grounds are great. This unit had really nice lake views and was really close to club house and lake. Very clean and comfortable for 3 adults and 5 kids. The loft is a great bonus for kids. Beats staying in a hotel 100%!!

We stayed at Kevin’s for a night and had a wonderfully relaxed and comfortable stay.

Beautiful spot, very convenient location. The condo was cozy, had a well-equipment kitchen and our family had fantastic time exploring Tahoe.

We spent a few nights at Tom and Margie’s lovely cottage with our dog. The place was just as pictured- adorable, clean, well- appointed. The fenced yard was a favorite - for us and our pup. The location is great and convenient to the lake. Would highly recommend!

This is how it should be... direct contact with a responsive owner who is sharing their personal home. (not a corporate rental!) Chris always answered quickly when we had a question. Location was great for those who prioritize skiing and relaxing. View from balcony of Lake Tahoe was amazing! Shared hot tub just down the stairs and across the parking lot was great after skiing. Full kitchen to cook meals was wonderful, and well stocked with pots/pans/etc. Thank you Chris!!!
