All of this is less than 3 miles from a plethora of upscale shopping and dining establishments, Walmart Amp, Top Golf, Rogers Convention Center and the Pinnacle shopping area all under 5 minutes away. XNA airport and Osage house are under 7 miles and downtown Bentonville under 8. We live on the same property in a separate house, that is not facing the Barndominium.

Our cabin is on 6 acres. The setting is quiet and private with amazing sunsets and wide open views, including mountains. The kitchen has lots of convenient work space on granite counter tops and an island. It opens to a great room with a lovely hearth that holds a wood burning stove. One bathroom has a large roll in shower with two shower heads. There are 2 decks and a third large area with a hot tub. Windows abound. Many adaptability features.
