la casa di Marta e Alberto è così come viene descritta, si trova in una posizione strategica perché sopraelevata al budello quindi silenziosa , ma a un attimo dal centro. ha il parcheggio quindi perfetto perché poi è impossibile girare in automobile. la casa è perfetta per 3 persone, ma anche per quattro, ha tutto ciò che serve. c e lavastoviglie e lavatrice stendino phon e ferro da stiro e altre cose essenziali come olio zucchero sale e detersivi vari e questa è una cosa ottima. Marta è super disponibile, un host reattivo, accogliente, gentile. noi siamo stati benissimo e consiglio questo alloggio a tutti

Leuke en schone appartement. Als je van een rustige omgeving houdt om even te ontsnappen van alle drukte. Alles was aanwezig, vaatwasser, wasmachine, koelkast, flatscreen pal aan de boulevard. Uitzicht op de zee en je hoort de golven. Schilderachtige omgeving ongelofelijk mooi. Klein minpuntje het zit op de 4e verdieping zonder lift. Verder vriendelijk geholpen met tips.

Bellissimo alloggio in ogni suo particolare, l’accoglienza all’arrivo è stata ottima, ci siamo trovati benissimo come stare a casa , gli host sono stati gentilissimi sia all’arrivo che durante tutto il soggiorno. Consiglio vivamente a tutti una vacanza presso di loro, la zona è tranquilla ed è vicino al mare allo stesso tempo.Sicuramente ritorneremo da loro .

Très beau studio avec terrasse vue sur mer, à quelques minutes en voiture de San Lorenzo al mar et à 2 pas de la piste cyclable du bord de mer. L’intérieur est très bien équipé. Nous n’avons manqué de rien. Francesco qui a été notre contact tout au long de notre séjour a été très réactif et super gentil, nous recommandant une superbe randonnée sur les hauteurs de Civezza. Nous recommandons à 100% cette location !

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung. Alles war sehr sauber, der Check-in/Check-out hat super geklappt, die Lage ist perfekt. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

Bright and clean apartment on walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants but in a very calm area. Balcony with sea view is a big plus. We enjoyed the garage and the parking for bikes, highly recommended for cyclists! Communication with Igor was great, very quick and good instructions. Happy to come back soon :)

Tout s'est bien passé , l'appartement n'est pas très grand mais bien aménagé et il est très bien situé . Amedeo est amicale , il nous a donner pleins de bonnes adresses et je le remercie d'avoir accepté que nous venions le soir de Noël , si je retourne à Sanremo je serai ravi de relouer son logement .

Superzentral gelegen und sehr gepflegtes, stylisches Apartment. Elle war sehr hilfsbereit mit Restauranttipps. Sehr gern wieder!

Noi eravamo espositori del mercato antiquariato alla Banchina di Sant Erasmo , abbiamo parcheggiato l auto giù e poi ci siamo mossi a piedi per raggiungere l appartamento, che si trova nei pressi della Chiesa di San Siro , è stato molto comodo ed abbiamo approfittato di fare due passi a piedi in modo tale che abbiamo potuto vedere il centro di Santa con tutti i suoi bellissimi negozi . Ma la cosa fondamentale è che nell appartamento ci siamo sentiti immediatamente a nostro agio come a casa ! È fornito di tutto non manca nulla ! Si può cenare o pranzare in casa senza problemi ma comunque In zona ci sono un paio di ristorantini deliziosi . L appartamento è 3 piano con ascensore, super silenzioso , delizioso il terrazzino! Grazie Giovanna per la tua gentilezza e disponibilità.

Consiglio a tutti la mansarda sul mare, un posticino accogliente e rilassante a due passi dal mare. Claudia è stata un’host impeccabile, sempre gentile e disponibile. Unico appunto le 4 rampe di scale, da tenere in considerazione se avete bagagli pesanti o mobilità ridotta, altrimenti diventa una piacevole palestra gratis, come dice l’annuncio :) Grazie Claudia e alla prossima!

Appartement très bien situé pour se balader dans Gênes et visiter les villes voisines. La rue est calme. Le logement est très propre, fonctionnel, et conforme aux photos. Merci Paola pour votre réactivité lors de nos échanges. Je recommande cet appartement !

We had the best time staying at Carlo and Lucia’s place! The view is spectacular and the home is very clean and beautifully decorated. We felt very safe and Lucia and Carlo were fast at answering any questions or requests we might have. We spend a week of vacation with our three little kids and the house was well equipped with everything we needed from baby chair and bed to microwave. Also the city of Recco was a nice experience to visit. We would love to go back!

Perfect for smaller groups with the two bed rooms. Clean appartment with a nice balcony and amazing views of Monforte and beyond. Super location in walking distance from everything you need in Monforte. Second stay in the appartment, and will absolutely come back again.

This place deserves a 6/5 everything was impeccable. Fabrizio and Frederico were very welcoming. The apartment is perfect and equipped with everything you need. The views over the rolling hills were lovely and surprised me as I didn't know this part of Italy was so beautiful. Fabrizio went out of his way to help us make a restaurant booking and we were given the best table and treated like kings.

We had a wonderful stay in Sanremo, the flat was very clean and welcoming, better than we expected. There is everything you can need during your stay. We enjoyed staying here and we would definitely recommend it to others. It is a close walk to the center of Sanremo or with the bikes Filippo offers. The pool was not yet open at this time of the year, but this was not an issue for us, we knew it upfront. We would definitely choose Filippos flat once again if we come back to Sanremo. Really enjoyed our stay in Bart and Odiels beautiful property. A lovely conversion which provided everything needed for a luxurious stay in stunning surroundings. Walkable to local village yet completely surrounded by vineyards. Great communication with the host and I would absolutely recommend a stay in this beautiful part of the world. Séjour sublime! L'appartement est très idéal pour un couple avec un chien. Il est bien équipé et le lit est très confortable. L'emplacement est au calme avec un splendide extérieur qui donne envie de profiter du lieu et des alentours! A proximité de magnifiques endroits entre verdure, cascade et mer mais la voiture nous paraît indispensable pour profiter pleinement de ces atouts. Federico est un propriétaire en or, il habite au-dessus mais se montre très discret, disponible, réactif et doté de plein de bons conseils! Nous avons adoré notre séjour et n'avons rien à redire!

Great place, fantastic view and loved the pool. You only share the pool with one other guest-family, so it feels almost private. The apartment has everything you need and is as described. We were here with two small kids, it worked well but if it would have been hotter weather, an AC would have been needed. Stefano is a great host and arranges educational wine tastings and good suggestions what to do close by. We were very happy with our stay!

Ein tolles Haus. Peter und Gaetano sind sehr freundliche Gastgeber, die einem gerne behilflich sind und die Region gut kennen. Sie haben ein Buch mit Empfehlungen von Restaurants, in die sie als Locals gerne essen gehen. Sie stecken viel Herzblut in ihr Projekt. Peter stellt viele Produkte selbst her, wie Marmelade, Säfte, im Sommer gibt es eigene Oliven und noch vieles mehr. Wir haben die Zeit bei ihnen sehr genossen; man ist direkt in den Weinbergen. Peter hilft einem gerne bei Aktivitäten in der Umgebung, bei Reservationen oder wo immer es möglich ist. Vielen Dank für einen tollen Aufenthalt! :)
