Renta de alojamientos vacacionales frente a la playa en Venezia

Sofia ist eine sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeberin und hat uns sehr nett empfangen. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt mit kleinen Extras, wie z.B. Frühstücksgebäck oder einer (verpackten) Zahnbürste im Bad oder eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Bei Hitze gab es einen Fächer und Regenwetter konnten wir Schirme leihen - das sind die kleinen Dinge, die einem das Gefühl geben willkommen zu sein. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nous avons été très bien accueille. Nos hôtes sont très sympathiques et très disponibles. Ils ont anticipé les questions ou problèmes que nous aurions pu rencontrer tout au long de notre séjour. Le logement est très bien équipé et correspond à la description. Il est placé à l’extérieur de Venise tout en étant à proximité. L’endroit est calme est très bien situé. Nous recommandons vivement.

Massimo est très réactif, ses explications sont claires. Toujours disponible Le logement est propre, ses attentions de bienvenue sont très appréciable. La literie parfaite. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Pontosan azt kapod, ami a leírásokban szerepelt. Maria Rosa előre megkérdezte minden igényünket és be is tartotta. A kulcsot azonnal megtaláltuk, könnyű volt bejutni. Tiszta, kényelmes, családoknak és baráti társaságnak is alkalmas apartman. Kettő gyönyörű fürdőszoba és toalett. Nagy hálószobák, jól működő klima minden helységben, gyors internet, smart TV. A konyha jól felszerelt, mosógép, mosogatógép, microhullámú sütő grillfunkcióval, hatalmas hűtőszekrény, nagy fagyasztóval. Gáztűzhely, villanysütő légkeveréssel, páraelszívóval. A saját otthonodnak megfelelő kényelem. Minden nyílászárón külső redőny. 2 erkély. Parkolni ingyenesen tudsz közel az utcán. A legközelebbi tengerpart az 5 csillagos Excelsior Hotelhez tartozik és fizetős. Ha csak egy szál törölközővel mész egyet úszni, akkor nem küldenek el. Az ingyenes partszakaszok 10-15 perc sétára vannak. A waporettóhoz helyi busszal tudsz menni és a szállás elől indul a busz. Visszatérünk pár év múlva! Köszönjük Mary Rosa Guest Hosue!

Our apartment was perfect for our family of five. The host was great to communicate with and provided everything we needed to have a nice stay. They were friendly and even had some local recommendations or ideas on how to travel to where we wanted to go. The property is beautiful and walkable to all major sites and wonderful restaurants. We would love to stay at this place again in the future.

The place has a summer cabin feel although it is in an apartment building. It is in the first floor and has it's own front yard where you can have a bbq and chill out. The apartment has two bedrooms and 4 beds. Free parking is available in front of the house. The location is perfect! It is just 5 minutes walk from a lovely white sand beach where you can swim and find nice restaurants. Terrazza Mare was our favourite (food was absolutely delicious!). Well equipped supermarket is just around the corner. Visiting Venice was really convenient. We drove to Punta Sabbioni port, left our car in the parking lot that costs 5 EUR for the whole day, and took the ferry to Venice. We were able to buy a museum ticket package also from the ferry port, which meant that we did not have to queue for tickets once in Venice. Silvia was a great host! She provided helpful tips e.g. Venice trip. Communication was easy. We hope to return one day!

A dream, to stay right across from the Venetian Lagoon and just down the street from beach access. The studio is perfect. The shower was great. I was so happy to have a washing machine. I had to Google how to use it, lol, but it was easy once I understood it. The bed was very comfortable and warm. The kitchen had everything you needed, including a big bottle of water in the refrigerator. Davide’s parents were so very kind to me. I appreciated their warm welcome and goodbye. The walls are thin, but it wasn’t unsettling or constant noise.

Casa confortevole, accessibile, con tutti i confort e anche spazi esterni. Rebecca è stata gentile, tempestiva nel dare informazioni e comprensiva riguardo alle nostre richieste.

Schöner, ruhiger und großer Stellplatz sehr nah am Strand. Schattig und gemütlich. Kühlschrank im Airstream war defekt. Wurde mehrfach bemängelt allerdings vom Campingplatz Personal kein Reperaturversuch unternommen.

Wir vergeben für die Unterkunft die volle Punktzahl. Celeste ist eine freundliche Gastgeberin und war jederzeit ansprechbar. Unsere Ankunft wurde durch einen Streik verschoben und doch machte sie unseren Check in möglich. Die Zimmer sind schlicht und gut ausgestattet, die Betten bequem. Diese Unterkunft ist wunderbar gelegen und hat Zugang zu einem Privatstrand, der jedoch nicht inklusiv ist. Man kann sich dort jedoch einen Schirm mit Liege mieten. Was dringend zu beachten ist: Es gibt kein Wlan und die Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs sind mitzubringen oder im Laden um die Ecke zu kaufen (Handtücher, Salz, Pfeffer, Essig, Öl, Shampoo, Seife, Klopapier…). Die Gebühr für die Bettwäsche und Kurtaxe zahlten wir bar an Celeste. Der Pool ist super und auch für kleinere Kinder geeignet. Er hat jedoch Saison und öffnete erst Mitte Juni. Das Ristaurante Soleano ist direkt nebenan und sehr zu empfehlen. Super lecker! Wir bedanken uns herzlich bei Celeste und ihrer Familie!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und klasse gelegen. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Insbesondere die Terrasse ist schön und lädt zum verweilen ein. Der Strand sowie Restaurants, Supermärkte und eine Eisdiele sind fußläufig erreichbar. Tom ist ein guter Gastgeber - stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

The apartment is really good value clean, comfortable, suitable for families with childrens.. The owner is very friendly and answered any questions immediately. Nice location: it's only 5 min to reach the beach; for visiting Burano, Lido or Venice - near appartments is a bus station that goes directly to the port Punta Sabioni. No complaints about the property, only the best reccomendations from us!

Velký apartmán v prvním patře, skvělý pro rodinu. Tři terasy, velká v kuchyni s dalším stolem, lavicí a židlemi pro stolování venku. Apartmán je nově zrekonstruovaný, není co vytknout.

Jag och familjen har haft en jättetrevlig vistelse i en vecka i Pers lägenhet. Tillgång pool och närhet till strand med egna stolar som tillhörde området där det alltid fanns plats var verkligen toppen. Det var enkelt att ta sig till färjor för resa till och från Venedig. Bra utbud av restauranger och affärer precis utanför lägenheten. Lägenheten var ren och rymlig och under de varmaste dagarna var vi väldigt tacksamma för luftkonditioneringen och den rymliga balkongen. Per var väldigt hjälpsam och generös, kom med många lokala tips och svarar alltid snabbt. Vi är jättenöjda med vår vistelse och kommer gärna tillbaka. Stort tack till Per.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Den Pool haben wir mehrfach am Tag aufgesucht. In dem Komplex gibt es eine nette Bar mit Snacks und günstigen Getränken. Im nahegelegenen Sparmarkt des Campingplatzes konnten wir alles für den täglichen Badarf kaufen (auch frische Brötchen). Das Meer ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Der Strand ist an dieser Stelle auch noch nicht überlaufen. Es gibt ein Standrestaurant, Duschen und Toiletten. Im Apartment gibt es kein WLAN. Es war also ein „Digital Detox“ Urlaub für uns.

Sara und ihr Mann waren super freundlich, locker, flexibel und umgänglich. Direkt guter Kontakt, es ist möglich, sie jederzeit zu erreichen. Check-out auch etwas später möglich, wenn keine direkte Buchung im Anschluss. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, ind der Anlage wird Wert auf Mittags-und Nachtruhe gelegt. Der Pool wird täglich gereinigt. Angenehm ruhige und doch zentrale Lage. Ich selbst war mit Krücken unterwegs. Ging schon, aber es ist im 2. Stock über Treppen zu erreichen. Zum Meer war es mir mit Krücken zu weit. Ansonsten stimmt die angegebene Zeit von 2 bis 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Meer. Es gibt auch eine gute Parkmöglichkeit am Meer vorne. Jederzeit freie Parkplätze. An der Unterkunft gehört ein Tiefgaragenparkplatz zur Wohnung. Areal ist komplett abgeschlossen. Keine Stechmücken an der Unterkunft, da im Ort gesprüht wird. Alles in Allem würden wir jederzeit sehr gerne wieder kommen. Wirklich sehr freundliche Leute.

Notre séjour s'est merveilleusement bien passé chez Franca qui est une hôtesse formidable . À l'écoute et réactive . le logement est très agréable et le coin est joli .( Bémol pour la dame du dessus un peu bruyante le matin ) . Venise est facilement accessible en prenant un bus puis un vaporetto . un très bon rapport qualité prix ,pour une escapade dépaysante . Merci

We had a wonderful stay at Corrado’s! The house is even more spacious than it looks in the photos—plenty of room to relax and enjoy. The beds were very comfortable, and the entire space felt clean and welcoming. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked—far beyond what you’d typically find in an Airbnb. Corrado was a fantastic host: incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful. He provided detailed directions and tips that made getting around Venice much easier. The garden is a lovely bonus—green, peaceful, and full of flowers (the roses were just about to bloom when we visited). The location is also perfect, just a 3-minute walk from the Vaporetto stop, 17 min walk from San Marco and one stop from Lido. The accommodation is very close to a fruit & vegetable shop with great produce. Highly recommended—we’d love to come back!

Rebecca hat uns schon am Anreisetag mit wertvollen Informationen (Fähre hat gestreikt!) versorgt. Wir haben uns alle Tage gut umsorgt und sehr wohl gefühlt und das Quartier mit 8 Personen von 12-80 jährigen genossen. Die Ausstattung ist super, Küche alles da was man braucht…wenn es auch einige Abnutzungsspuren gibt. ( zB der Geschirrspüler bzw Badezimmerschubladen) Der Garten und die Terrasse schön und gepflegt.. ideal um 2 Autos abzustellen. Gerne werden wir wieder kommen!

Aldo and his wife are a really nice couple who make you feel welcome. If you like walking/cycling, eating & drinking & watching the sunset on the lagoon then you will like it here.

We spent a almost a week in the lovely apartment by the sea. It's a great place to stay if you want to visit Venice but stay outside in the more relaxed Lido area. There a nice restaurants and cafés as well as small shops nearby. We enjoyed staying in the carefully designed apartment. Federico was a great host, who gave us a personal reception and gave us tips about the area. Eventhough we were delayed, he waited for us unti we got there. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back another time.

Wir hatten einen unglaublich lieben Empfang von Chiara und auch dank der super Empfehlungen eine tolle Zeit in Italien. Können wir vom Herzen empfehlen und komme gerne jeder Zeit wieder! :)

Wir verbrachten unseren Mädelsurlaub für eine knappe Woche in der Wohnung. Die Vermieter waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung hatte eine perfekte Größe für uns Vier und lag schön ruhig. Prima waren die zwei Bäder. Bäcker, Restaurant und Strand schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Guter Ausgangspunkt für verschiedenste Aktivitäten. Vielen Dank an unsere Vermieter Fabio und Virginia!

Schöne Unterkunft am Lido, zentral gelegen, wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal hier, haben uns wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!
