In a quiet and strategic position, just a short walk from what was the studio of Titian, allows you to quickly reach the train station or the airport. With a walk of 15 minutes you are immersed in the heart of San Marco Square or the Rialto bridge and the water buses, 2 minutes away, reach the main islands of the lagoon (Murano, Burano, Torcello …). The B&B has a breakfast room and 4 double bedrooms, each with private bathroom with shower, satellite TV, Wi-fi, mini bar, safe, independent heating and air conditioning. The owners are happy to welcome you and give you all the advice you need to make precious your stay in Venice. Upon arrival you will be given a map of the area surrounding the B&B where the main points of interest are reported: places to visit, shops, supermarkets and excellent restaurants where you can savor the delicious Venetian cuisine.

Nuestra parte favorita de la casa es el jardín, que tiene un jacuzzi hidromasaje rodeado de muchas plantas tropicales. Bellissima camera da letto, con bagno privato e ingresso indipendente con porta blindata. A meno di 5 minuti a piedi da Piazzale Roma o dalla stazione. Si trova al II' piano del palazzetto, ha soffitti alti con travi a vista e pavimento in legno. Gli impianti e gli arredi sono nuovi, comodi e moderni. La stanza, luminosa e ventilata, si affaccia su una tipica corte veneziana. Dal 1570 ad oggi, ogni domenica mattina alle 10.30 i canti gregoriani dal vivo e l'incenso arrivano dentro casa. No AC.
