Za nás veľká spokojnosť. Dario je skvelý a ústretový hostiteľ. Vždy nám ochotne poskytol rady a odporúčania.V byte nám nič nechýbalo, všetko fungovalo a cítili sme sa tu príjemne.Kúsok od bytu je autobusová zastávka, nebol problém sa dostať do Benátok, Padovy..Ďakujeme a radi sa vrátime❣️

Martha was the best host we had this entire trip. She was so helpful and took really good care of our family. The apartment was also SUPER clean. The best part about this apartment is also its proximity to great restaurants and to the Rialto Bridge. Be mindful because of this, it does get a little louder at night. However, that would not deter us from rebooking this place should we return to Venice. Highly recommend!

Unsere Anreise erfolgte vor Weihnachten und das Appartement war weihnachtlich dekoriert und auch ein heschmückter Weihnachtsbaum stand im Wohnzimmer. So etwas nettes hatten wir nicht erwartet. Wir fühlten uns gleich sehr wohl. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt und Internet funktionierte einwandfrei. Gegenüber vom Appartement befindet sich ein Supermarkt und gleich um die Ecke befindet sich die Einkaufsstraße. Gastgeber sehr nett und jederzeit erreichbar. Bald kommen wir wieder. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Logement très bien placé, dans un quartier très animé mais à l'écart des nuisances sonores. Il est petit et peu lumineux (mais ça, ça se voit sur les photos!) mais très propres et fonctionnel. Gros plus : il y a, à l'entrée de l'immeuble, un placard qui ferme à clé et dans lequel nous pouvons laisser nos bagages après le check-out.

A cozy ground-floor flat in a perfect Venice location. Far enough from the main tourist routes, and yet very ‘central’ (although Venice does not really have a centre). The flat is small but perfect for two people. Everything is as described. Actually, I would say that the flat is better in reality than in the photos. The garden makes the place even more wonderful. It’s a rare privilege to have access to an inner garden in Venice, and Monica’s garden is small but peaceful and delightful, overlooking a larger garden of a public palace next door. Monica is responsive, friendly, and helpful with recommendations of local restaurants and cafes. I know Venice quite well and can say without a doubt that this flat is a rare find and well worth its price.

la proposta di Fabrizio è un'ottima base di appoggio per visitare Venezia: in posizione ottimale rispetto ai servizi di collegamento (fermata bus a pochi passi), in zona tranquilla e anche con facilità di parcheggio, se muniti di auto propria. Curiosità: se amanti di cucine etniche, non mancano le alternative nei dintorni, alcune anche molto sfiziose. L'appartamento corrisponde in tutto a quanto prospettato, luminoso e adeguato ad un piacevole soggiorno da 2 a 4 persone. Consigliato!

From the moment we arrived, our host made us feel incredibly welcome and at ease. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and filled with charming touches that made it feel like a true home away from home. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered — from helpful local tips to amenities that made our stay extra comfortable. The location was perfect: very close to public transportation to explore all the iconic sights, yet tucked away just enough to enjoy quiet, peaceful evenings. Our host went above and beyond to help us with everything from directions to dining recommendations, and their kindness truly stood out. Marco a été un hôte exceptionnel, il est venu nous chercher au quai. Il répond toujours rapidement et nous a donné beaucoup d’instructions très utiles. Nous avons bien aimé notre séjour et le recommandons fortement!

We only stayed one night but this was a great alternative to staying in Venice itself. Quick walk to Mestre station, where there's plenty of trains going to the island. The place itself was clean, stocked with all the essentials, and easy to access.

Amazing visit! The views from the apartment were exceptional with the 3 huge, opening, floor to ceiling door/windows, in addition to the enormous private terrace. We felt like we were true residents of Venice, totally connected to the beauty, activity, and natural elements of the Grand Canal and Carregio district. Pietro was unbelievably helpful to us, including water taxi, restaurants, tour guide and museum input.....he helped make our stay magical! Everything was all more than worth what we paid!

Emplacement idéal dans le quartier du cannareggio. Facile d accès depuis l aéroport et point de départ parfait pour visiter Venise. Massimo donne de très bon conseils pour profiter de la ville. Grazie mille Massimo

Это было отличное место для нашего отпуска. Жилье полностью соответствует описанию. Хозяин очень приветливый. Быстро отвечает на любые вопросы. Дает необходимые инструкции, например, как правильно выбрасывать мусор.:) Место находится рядом с прекрасным парком, где есть детская площадка и с центральной улицей Garibaldi, где много кафе и ресторанов, а так же магазинов. Тут же с утра продают свежую рыбу и овощи.🥰 Что касается квартиры. Там было ВСЕ необходимое для комфортной жизни. Нам очень понравилось это место. С радостью вернулись бы снова.🥰🥰🥰

we had a wonderful stay at this lovely and cozy Airbnb apartment in Venice. Everything was spotlessly clean and smelled great. The host, Michale, was absolutely amazing – she was kind, attentive, and helped me with everything I needed. The apartment is in a perfect location with a beautiful view of one of Venice's canals. For Jewish travelers, it's just a 3-minute walk from the Chabad House of Venice and the historic Jewish Ghetto.

Alloggio pulito ed esattamente corrispondente alla descrizione. Estremamente comodo per raggiungere Venezia con i mezzi pubblici (fermata del bus a 2 minuti e stazione del treno a 8 minuti).

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und 5 Minuten fußläufig vom Strand entfernt. Es war alles genau so wie beschrieben, uns erwarteten keine Überraschungen. Die Kommunikation mit Christina war immer perfekt. Besonders gut fanden wir auch den abschließbaren Garagenstellplatz. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen!

Giulia and Alessandro were amazing hosts from start to finish. The apartment is beautiful and well equipped! My highlight is the host’s communication before, during and even after our visit - I travelled from the UK for the local IRONMAN event , they even sorted me out a taxi from the airport that accommodated my bike suitcase - and accommodated for my awkward flight times so I didn’t need to carry my luggage around for the morning - they even managed to get a video of me finishing the race! The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is in a great location being only a few hundred metres from the beach and restaurants Thoroughly recommend this place if you are looking to stay in Jesolo! We will be back! Grazie

Simple phenomenal, the place is recently refurbished and it is lovely in a fantastic tranquil location and so easy to find

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, sauber und gemütlich – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Ein kleiner Nachteil war das fehlende Bügeleisen: Obwohl ich zweimal darum gebeten habe, eines bereitzustellen, wurde das leider nicht organisiert. Ein Bügelbrett war vorhanden, aber ohne Bügeleisen leider nicht hilfreich. Außerdem wäre ein Backofen in der Küche praktisch gewesen. Insgesamt aber trotzdem ein angenehmer Aufenthalt!

Fantastic place, made lots of use of the free bicycles to get to and from the beach. Was brilliant!

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung von Giulia von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Check-In war auch dank der guten Kommunikation sehr einfach. Die Wohnung ist super sauber, ordentlich und es fehlt an nichts. Das Bett war sehr bequem, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Toll ist auch, dass es überall zu öffnende Fliegengitter gibt und Rolladen zum Abdunkeln. Ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren, der Strand ist gleich um die Ecke und direkt in der Anlage gibt es ein nettes, kleines Café/ Bistro, wo wir am Nachmittag unseren Cappuccino genossen haben. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Halli Hallo, im Winter Sehr ruhige Lage, im Sommer kann ich mir vorstellen super Gegend, nicht Weit von Strand. Venedig in 30 Minuten mit dem Vaporetto erreichbar, schöne Strecke zum fotografieren 😊. Unterkunft voll ausgestattet mit alles was man brauchen kann ( Küchen Utensilien, Bad, extra Decken) etc. Angenehme und schnelle schriftliche Kontakt. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden werden es weiter empfehlen. ☺️👍

We loved our holiday! The apparments are beautiful and we still felt like we had a nice amount of privacy. The hosts were extremely kind, welcoming and very responsive. They helped us with any questions we had and gave us tips to go to Venice. They were incredibly kind to even store our luggage and bring us to the bus station so we could smoothly travel to the airport. Definitely would go back and could not recommend more.
