Appartement op 1e verdieping. 2e verdieping bewoond en gezien de aard van het gebouw is het niet muisstil.

Het woongedeelte van het huis is boven, gelegen onder het dak op de 3de verdieping. (woonkamer, keuken en badkamer met bad ). Hierdoor heb je rondom vrij uitzicht over de weilanden en het schitterende Limburgse land.

Bij studio Tweij & Vitsig verblijf je in een gedeelte van een zeer karakteristiek herenhuis. Je hebt een eigen ingang die te bereiken is via 3 trapjes. Via de hal loop je de studio binnen. De studio heeft hoge muren van 3,40 meter. wat karakteristiek is voor dit pand. In de zomer blijft het dan ook lekker koel. De studio is met hoogwaardige materialen afgewerkt. Vanuit het terras heb je uitzicht over de uitgestrekte weilanden en de geul.
