Absolutely stunning views and a beautiful, well appointed home! We loved our stay here and found Suzy to be incredibly friendly and helpful! We would love to stay again and highly recommend.

This villa in Viagreggio perfectly suited our needs. The space was exactly as described - the A/c was needed in the high temperatures. The property is ideally situated between the train station and the beach - it was approximately an 8 minute walk from the station, and 10 minute walk to the beach. Irene was a great host - responding very quickly to any questions we had.

As a family of 4, we had a perfect stay at La Lucertola. Luisa and Colin were friendly, attentive and helpful from the minute we arrived to when we left. They were available on the phone throughout, if needed. The music studio was an incredible addition - we felt very lucky to have access to it throughout our stay. The accommodation is located up a narrow track, but this meant we had access to stunning views and wildlife all around. Although the pool was cold, due to the time of year we visited, it didn’t stop us using it a couple of times. The pool is perfectly located - overlooking Pisa. There was plenty of seating around the pool and, although other families were staying in the house next door, it didn’t once feel like we couldn’t use any of the facilities. Other great facilities worth mentioning - the pizza oven is such an experience - to make pizzas overlooking the tower of Pisa, in Italy, was incredible. We also had all the cleaning items and linen we needed too. Grazie.

Our stay at Teresa’s place was exceptional. The apartment is in a great location for walking to the beach, to shops, to restaurants, and parks, etc. Parking on the premises is a great boon. Also it is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. The apartment is large, bright and well maintained. We felt very much at home here. Teresa and her husband are delightful, helpful, friendly and responsive hosts. We recommend this Airbnb most highly and hope to return.

anche se abbiamo trascorso solo una notte da Silvia possiamo dire che L'appartamento è bello e confortevole, le due camere sono spaziose, ideale per chi vuole soggiornare in 4, letti comodi. noi eravamo in 6 ed anche il divano letto è comodo; la sala grande quindi non ci sono problemi di spazio nemmeno quando è aperto. comodo il doppio bagno quando si è in tanti. si trova in una zona tranquilla. l'appartamento era ordinato e pulito. Host cordiale e accogliente; avevamo un impegno li vicino ed è stata molto gentile ad accoglierci all'orario che ci era più comodo. Lo consigliamo anche per le vacanze estive, se il prossimo anno saremo di nuovo in zona sarà la prima che contatteremo!

Perfect location - could not select a more beautiful setting. Il Paluffo manages to feel luxurious and green as well as rustic with modern comforts all at the same time. The location is stunning - pictures do not do it justice. Il Paluffo is tastefully decorated, intimate with lots of amenities, and unique offerings. There was a cooking class offered while we were there! This is a truly unique and magical place, the perfect Tuscany experience.

Logement fidèle à la description. Très propre, rangé, bien équipé. Facile d’accès avec un parking quelques mètres plus loin. L’hôte était très réactive et arrangeante ! Nous avions réservé ce séjour dans le cadre du Grand Prix moto du Mugello et le logement est à une distance très correcte du circuit (20aine de minutes). Dans le village, toutes commodites : petite superette, quelques restaurants, café, distributeur de liquide, poste … Le cadre est très joli et calme. En Bref, je recommande fortement ce logement et merci pour cet accueil !

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in Cristinas Haus in Fabbiano verbracht und dort unsere Auszeit vom Alltag sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wunderschön in den kleinen, ruhigen, sehr romantischen Ort eingebunden. Man geniest vom Garten aus einen wunderbaren Blick in das Tal und die Berge und kann vom Haus aus auch gleich eine schöne Wanderung aus unternehmen. Cristinas Empfang war sehr herzlich und gab uns das Gefühl, uns in ihrem Haus wirklich willkommen zu fühlen. Wir konnten sie jederzeit fragen, wenn wir Rat benötigten. Der Garten ist traumhaft. Leider war es für den Pool schon zu kalt. Dafür haben wir den Kamin sehr genossen. Trotz des durchwachsenen Wetters haben wir viel unternommen denn das Haus liegt zentral zwischen Meer, den Bergen und einiger sehr schöner Städte (z.B. Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Bargo). Da der Garten komplett eingezäunt ist, konnte sich auch unser Hund die ganze Zeit frei bewegen. Für kleine Familien, die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit lieben, ist das Haus ideal

We loved staying at Alessandra’s apartment! It was just the two of us, and the place felt spacious.The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything. The only small note is that the stairs to the apartment were a bit narrow, but since it’s only one flight up, it wasn’t a problem. Other than that, everything was great.

El departamento es muy cómodo para 4 personas, es espacioso, puede se útil para estadías largas o cortas. Muy bien ubicado para visitar Firenze.

Marco is a great host and incredibly helpful! He gave us recommendations for a few local restaurants and helped us make reservations. The apartment is walkable and ~20-30 minutes from the city center. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, which was a nice break from the city center.

Marco's place was amazing. The best Airbnb we've been in a while. Squeaky clean. There were plenty of dishes, glasses, cups, pots and pans, a toaster, a kettle, everything useful. There was also a washing machine that came in very handy and a hairdryer. Marco was very nice and responsive. His instructions were very clear. He also helped us by receiving our suitcases before check-in. If we get the chance will definitely come back.

Federico’s apartment was amazing! It exceeded our expectations. There was everything that one might need, including umbrellas, chargers, hair dryer, laundry detergent and more. The apartment building was quiet and the area felt very safe. A very cute coffee shop was right around the corner and Carrefour was just a few minutes away. Federico was a great host, always answering quickly and giving us a lot of tips about museums, churches and restaurants in Firenze. Absolutely recommend staying here if you are in Firenze :)

Vraiment dommage que nous puissions pas mettre 6 étoiles. Nous avons fait un séjour d une semaine en famille. Et nous avons eu l impression justement d être en famille avec un acceuil tout simplement génial. Claudia était au petit soin pour nous. Vraiment je vous recommande la mirandola. Nous espérons y revenir un jour.

Our stay in Florence was wonderful and much of it was coming back to the beautiful space to stay. Giacomo is the most welcoming, helpful, and accommodating host I have ever met on Airbnb or anywhere else, he’s just wonderful. I recommend staying at this apartment in Florence, don’t think twice , just book it, you’ll be happy you did!

It’s was an awesome couple of days! Very close to the beach, restaurants and the stores! Its a very nice spot and also the appartment was very clean and quiet! It was pretty much perfect! Thank youuuu

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo trascorso un ottimo soggiorno! L'appartamento si trova vicino al centro, a due passi dalla Galleria dell'Accademia, in una zona dove c'è meno affollamento di turisti. È un appartamento rinnovato di recente, ben arredato, confortevole, pulito e più ampio di quello che si percepisce dalle foto. Ci sono tutte le comodità necessarie per soggiorni medio-lunghi e Andrea, l'host, è stato molto ospitale e disponibile. Molto utile il piccolo ascensore, visto che l'appartamento si trova ai piani alti.

L'appartement de Fabio est formidable. Il dispose de deux très belles chambres avec chacun leur salle de bain(avec des leds très sympas). La salle est superbe avec une belle décoration et les petits balcons très agréables. Il y a un garage très pratique pour stationner son véhicule. Le logement est situé à proximité des grands axes pour rejoindre facilement le Cinque Terre, Pise... et se trouve à deux pas du bord de mer. Bref, cette location est parfaite et la communication avec Fabio est facile et efficace. Il a été très gentil pour nous accueillir et flexible. Nous en garderons un très bon souvenir. Vous pouvez louer les yeux fermés.

Il soggiorno presso l'appartamento è stato semplicemente perfetto, super fornito di qualsiasi comodità che possa tornar utile per far sentire l'ospite come a casa, pulizia impeccabile e Nicoletta sempre disponibile, precisa nelle comunicazioni e super gentile nell'averci fatto trovare, al nostro arrivo, dei pensieri di benvenuto sia per noi adulti (vino chianti con due calici!!) e sia per le nostre piccole . sicuramente in futuro se decideremo di tornare dalle parti di Viareggio, sapremo dove andare!! appartamento e host super consigliati!!!

One of my favorite AirBNB experiences. Marco and Lorenzo were wonderful hosts - Lorenzo met us at the door and showed us around. We had a lovely bottle of wine and snacks as a welcome gift. The bedrooms were very comfortable, the living room quite large. The 2 bathrooms were a godsend, as I was traveling with my 18 year old niece, and she definitely enjoyed the privacy. We made good use of the washer and dryer, as we were halfway theough a 2 week trip. I loved every bit of my stay - not one thing I would change. Simply wonderful!

La host Marta è sempre stata super gentile e disponibile, già prima del check-in.L'alloggio è stato restaurato da poco con materiali moderni e di qualità.La posizione è fantastica:la spiaggia(anche quella libera)è vicinissima e comoda da raggiungere, e il centro dista pochi minuti a piedi percorrendo il lungo mare(Via Italia).Ristoranti ottimi nelle immediate vicinanze e Conad proprio di fronte. Le uniche due pecche a mio avviso riscontrate (ma ci tengo a precisare che non dipendono da Marta, ovviamente!) sono state:soprattutto il venerdì/sabato sera, il quartiere è un po' rumoroso per ragazzi chiassosi e motorini sgasanti, anche perché sfortunatamente esattamente di fronte all'alloggio c'è un porticato che fa rimbombare voci e rumori, ma per fortuna Marta ha dotato l'alloggio di serramenti che, se chiusi, permettono un ottimo isolamento acustico; lo stabile è un po' vecchiotto, sicuramente non all'altezza dell'appartamento. Complessivamente siamo stati molto soddisfatti del soggiorno!

All perfect and easy! Very cosy and nice apartment, ideal for a family of 4 like us visiting Florence for a family reunion. Lots of nice ottiene restaurants nearby , 10-15 minutes easy walk to Ponte Ve. Gio and the center. There is also a bus stop by the house. The private carpark was a real plus and Morena is always available and easy to reach fir useful advice or anything you might need.

Le séjour s'est très bien passé. Leonardo a été très réactif. Nous ne nous sommes pas rencontré, mais il a été très disponible dans les échanges messages. Le logement est agréable, dans un environnement calme.
