Cute place! This basement apartment had a nice kitchen and living room area. Lots of room! I was in town for work (working nights at TIEC and sleeping during the day). It was mostly quiet for that, but just a little pitter patter of paws a few times. Bring a noise machine if that would be an issue for you! Also a sleep mask came in handy for day sleeping. Would book again :)

I could not have had a better experience! Jackie was warm and friendly. She made sure we felt safe and secure in her home. I would highly recommend her Airbnb. It was cozy with the loveliest decor. Very clean and comfortable. It looks just like the pics describe. Jackie made herself available to us and proactively checked in to make sure our stay was going well. Kathy is an amazing host, and the accommodations are exactly like the photos. We enjoyed our stay so much we requested to extend another night! Very welcoming peaceful surroundings. Gorgeous stone FP and kitchen backsplash. Decorated beautifully. The bed was very comfortable, and the bath towels were excellent. We had everything we needed. Our dog was welcomed with treats and a dog toy. We would recommend this property to anyone wishing to be close to Brevard and the surrounding areas. We will stay again when in the neighborhood. This was a great little place located close to everything but still in an area that felt quiet and peaceful. The place was cute, comfortable and the shower was amazing. I would definitely stay here again and if you're ever in the area I strongly recommend staying here

We enjoyed our stay so much. Was clean and cozy and very quiet. Love the loft and high ceilings and made for a perfect getaway. Kitchen was also very nice with ample space. We will be back for sure!

Absolutely beautiful home! Very private and quiet location. We stayed for a few days and had everything we needed. Hosts provided lots of snacks, drinks, and a very well stocked coffee station. The place was SPOTLESS! Smelled great inside (and outside thanks to all the pretty plants and flowers). We even got a personal welcome note and vase of flowers on the counter when we arrived. We briefly met Chris and Valerie when we got there and they were super kind and welcoming. Could not recommend this stay enough!!

Paige & Rachel were AMAZING! Even though our last couple days we got hit with Hurricane Helene & had no power, they went out of their way to help & I am so grateful!

Tamara’s place was a perfect retreat for my daughter to get away from her dorm.

We were in Greenville for a concert and this was the perfect location only 20 minutes away from the venue. Nice cozy place to crash for the night when we were super exhausted afterwards.

Enough space for 4 people. Memory foam beds, very comfy. Kitchen well-stocked and nice backyard area. Ten minute walk to the metro, takes about an hour to get to locations in Manhattan. Having some space made the commute worthwhile and Queens has some cool neighborhoods to explore (Jackson Heights). Will be back for our next New York adventure!

This was the most perfect Airbnb! It was the perfect size and so clean! Only issue is that there are very thin. You can hear everything from the other apartments. Other than that, it was amazing! Host was very fast to respond and very accommodating!

The space is perfect for what I needed it for. There could have been a second tv in the bedroom in addition to the one in the living room. I’m not complaining at all when I say this; I’m more so passing on helpful information, it is a renovated basement space in the South… so make sure you use the dehumidifiers that are made available.

Jessica was a fantastic host. We unfortunately were in Clemson shortly after the hurricane and although we were powerless as was the Whole area, Jessica was extremely accommodating, proactive and attentive to all our questions. The place itself was fantastic... spotless, roomy and a great location in proximity to campus. We will definitely be back for another visit.

Austin’s place was so clean! The bed was so comfortable and the place was very homey. I met Bernie the dog everybody comments about in the reviews. He is the cutest and sweetest boy! Would definitely stay here again!!

my stay at Tracy's not only met but exceeded my expectations, in fact I got so comfortable after a while I forgot I was in an Airbnb and started to actually think it was mine. comfortable and clean I got a fantastic night's sleep every night and the location was great to get anywhere I needed to go and Tracy is a terrific host she's friendly and anything I needed she was on point to help out. definitely recommend....

Al & Tara were friendly and responsive from booking to check out. The place is a nice size. Everything was spotless and the bed was cozy. The only thing they may have said in their description and maybe I missed it but there isn’t a kitchen sink in the kitchenette area. This was fine with us because we were visiting our son at Clemson and didn’t spend much meal time in the apartment. We highly recommend.

If you typically avoid choosing rentals that are adjacent to the owners, let me assure you that this one is different! We felt so at home, welcomed and relaxed the entire time. Duane and his wife introduced themselves when we pulled in because they were outside doing yard work. They left us a personalized welcome card in the house, offered us pastries one evening that they had baked, and even showed interest in recent race results that my husband ran while we were there. It’s a 12 minute drive to Davidson Campground and the Pisgah visitor’s center and about 15 or so to downtown Brevard. We had total privacy in the hot tub and an amazing sunset view. The appliances are new and work great, and the beds were super comfy! It was a perfect getaway for my husband and I and we are hoping to come back again next year. Thanks Duane and family! 🩷

This was such a beautiful place to stay and Louise was a great host. Also….At the last minute, I was hoping to stay an extra day and she was accommodating. I liked it so much that I would definitely search it up to stay there again. Tania

The Hosts were very nice and made sure everything was in the Airbnb that was needed the hot tub was very nice it rained and was little cold so we didn’t get to enjoy the fire pit but everything was beautiful
