Zudem können der Yogaraum, die Sauna (g.G. 20€), das Quellwasserbecken, das Heimkino, und die große Terrasse mit Grill und Feuerschale mitbenutzt werden. Schneeschuhe sind ebenfalls vorhanden.

Ein traumhafter Blick auf den Watzmann und Hochkalter lassen sie von Beginn an die Zeit vergessen. Die kuschelige Dachgeschosswohnung mit einem Südbalkon wurde liebevoll eingerichtet.
