Thanks Jo for the accommodation. This place was meeting our requirements, our stay was pretty comfortable. It was warm, clean and my 3 yr old enjoyed the backyard. Jo was approachable and friendly to talk. I would definitely recommend this place.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Karen was very quick to respond to any of our questions. The house is spacious and clean. We especially enjoyed the kitchen and dining room. I’d recommend this place to anyone staying in the area!

What a lovely place! Perfectly decorated, incredibly well-maintained, tons of space, sparkling clean, and in a wonderful location. Five minute walk to Northeastern, super easy walk to Fenway, and less than a 30 minute very scenic walk to the Back Bay area (it was such a beautiful walk, we did it multiple times during our stay). The homes (including this one) are amazing, great places to eat nearby, etc. This is definitely one of my favorite places, and I would absolutely book it again. I've already recommended it to some friends who will be traveling to Boston over the summer! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

My husband and I were getting married and in his mind it is customary to not see the bride until she walks down the aisle! On my mind…I didn’t just want to come home, as we live together, just like any other night. I took my mother with me the night before our wedding and fell in love with this cute, quiet place with a gorgeous view, again nothing too far from our venue. We had worked out a little confusion on communication, we were great and going to have the cutest little house overlooking a pond/lake! My mother loved it and my husband loved it as well. It was very well kept, gorgeous view out the ceiling to floor windows! Private, quaint, easy to get to, quiet….just super cute all around! My husband and I do Airbnb‘s a couple times a year….if we were to look for some place close to home, we would definitely love to stay here again! Everything was great!

Great stay: - Easy check-in/access — we arrived very late at night and entry was well lit and straightforward - House was cozy with effective and responsive heating (we stayed during cold weather, so this was a big deal) - Clean house, comfy beds, variety of pillows (soft to v hard) - Easy check-out with zero weird instructions/requests - Host super communicative for basic Q&A I’d book again! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Eric's comfortable AirBnB Victorian home in Medford, Massachusetts, and I can't recommend it enough. The location is unbeatable—a mere 15-minute drive to downtown Boston, a short stroll to Medford’s own downtown, and just a brief drive away from Somerville. With several supermarkets within close proximity, everything you need is right at your fingertips. This property isn’t your typical modern-style rooftop accommodation; it exudes an incredible sense of character and history. Every corner of the home has a character—immaculately clean, exceptionally safe, and wonderfully spacious, providing an inviting and comfortable environment that truly felt like home. Eric has proven himself to be an outstanding host, always responsive to any questions or requirements I had. His attentiveness and warm hospitality enhanced the entire experience, making my stay both enjoyable and stress-free. Without a doubt, I will be back for my next show in Boston

Everything was as listed and very responsive and great host. The property was in a very nice and in a great town. We enjoyed our time there.

We enjoyed our stay at Maxine’s place. We had 7 people and this home was spacious and clean. Maxine was also very responsive and helpful. I had forgot my jacket here after checkout and was able to arrange to pick it up. The area was also nice and peaceful.

This has to be the neatest little place on Airbnb in the Boston area, and that's something to be said. Paige and Dara described the place and the experience perfectly, were a dream to communicate with, and were overall humorous hosts. Their in-house shop was very entertaining for us. We will absolutely be staying here again in the future.

We stayed at this property for 3 nights and felt right at home. It was very clean and comfortable. The owners are very friendly and respond very quickly. The instructions they left couldn’t be more clear. We definitely recommend and cannot wait to stay here another time in the future!

This house is a true gem. The home is cozy and welcoming with lots of puzzles and family games to play. The pool is pristine and was so much fun to use. The beautiful trees and flowers provide nice shade and privacy around the pool while also feeling like you’re inside a pollinator garden. The home is an easy walk to front beach and bearskin neck where we enjoyed good restaurants and shops. Trenton and Cassie are great hosts- very responsive and friendly. We hope to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay. Perfect place for families with children. So close to the beach with all the beach and home necessities you need while on vacation! Quaint town that was quiet but still has plenty of restaurants to visit. Overall, a great place!

We had a great stay. The house is new and is exactly as it appears in the pictures. The views are stunning. There are a total of five bedrooms and four bathrooms, which was perfect for our family vacation with 7 adults and 3 kids. Only suggestion is if you have little ones bring a gate because there is no door to the basement stairs. Speaking of kids, the pool is SO awesome to have if you happen to get a rainy or cold day. Plenty of space/seating to eat inside or outside. We would definitely come back!

The place was absolutely beautiful and the host was very helpful & fast with responding to our questions the bedrooms were very comfortable. I highly recommend this place for anybody that wants to visit.

Comfortable, cozy and luxurious living. The hosts are very welcoming and warm. They even gave us fresh eggs 😃 Its a home away from home. Its perfect for both long term and short stays.

Was an amazing Place to stay. The area was outstanding with lots to do and very easy access to the train to get to and from downtown and other areas of the city. Will definitely stay here again! The parking spot was a huge plus!!

The place was very cozy, and we were able to relax in a peaceful atmosphere. Everything we needed was provided and easy to use. The bedding was clean, and we enjoyed using the grill in the backyard. One minor issue was that the hot water seemed to run out quickly while filling the bathtub, possibly due to a limited tank capacity. When we turned on the fireplace, smoke filled the house because of a chimney issue, but Bill responded quickly and resolved it right away. He was very kind and even offered us a late checkout to make up for the inconvenience. Overall, it was a wonderful experience staying here, and we’d love to visit again sometime.

I came down to visit family in Massachusetts over Thanksgiving and needed a place to stay that was equidistant to everyone, and the Newburyport area was a great fit. Steve's place is a lovely small beach home on a quiet side street. Perfect size for one person plus dogs. The dog friendly part, easy and safe walking, quiet neighborhood, and the kitchen were big selling points for me. Parking was easy. Water was hot, bathroom was spotless. Would stay again.

Accommodations were exactly as described. Lower level of a duplex with a young family upstairs. Host was very responsive and helpful. Kitchen was well equipped. Back deck was really peaceful and quiet.

Our stay was very comfortable in this warmth, clean, beautiful home with a comfy bed with all the amenities given. Kristen’s hospitality is amazing from her gestures and extra special touches of food, drinks and yummy snacks. Inviting home away from home with a raining season we enjoy staying in too. Thank You.
