This place was exactly what we were looking for! It was cozy for two people, but would also be comfortable with more. Even with the rain during our entire stay, there was plenty to do at the house. The game room is so fun, and the loft feels like you’re sitting up in a treehouse. There are neighbors on both sides and you can hear cars from the road in front of the house, but the backyard is so peaceful. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Loved our stay and hope to come back. The property is gorgeous and we enjoyed exploring all of the trails accessible right from the back door. Kitchen and bathroom are phenomenal. Bed is extremely comfortable. And Adam was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful. 10/10

Lots of activities close by but just far enough of the beaten path to give that cabin in the woods vibe you’re looking for. Exactly what we wanted. Ana even included the small details such as toiletries and automated therapy crystals for the hit tub. Would highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a Poconos getaway.

We value the personalized service and care that you would never find at a hotel or corporate rental. Definitely our go-to in the Poconos!

We LOVE our stay at this place! The place is beautiful, just like the photos! With a little wood aroma. The location is also great, it's secluded but also close to everything; 10 mins to food, 10-20 mins to hiking trails, falls etc etc. The host gives great recommendations, and we explored nearly all of them, with our two dogs. THANK YOU!!

Beautiful, clean 3-bedroom 1-bathroom house with comfortable beds, plenty of light during the day, quiet neighborhood, close to Shawnee Mountain and Delaware Water Gap recreation areas. Restaurants, grocery stores, gasoline are a 10-minute drive to Milford Rd (Route 209). We visited for a weekend in January 2025 to ski. We plan to try to reserve this again when we next come to this area.

My 12 year old son and I stayed here for 2 nights. It is exactly as advertised. My son enjoyed fishing and kayaking on the picturesque lake. The surroundings are scenic and tranquil. I enjoyed watching the gorgeous sunrises over the lake while drinking my espresso. We enjoyed the fire pit as the sun set and the stars came out. If you like nature and quiet as well as a clean house this place is ideal. I would come back here anytime.

We rented the cabin for New Year’s from the time we went in from to the time we came out it was a seamless transaction. Everything was nice and clean. Anything that you needed from the kitchen to cook or to even do laundry it was there. The family and kids enjoyed the fireplace. Location was also great . Very response host. Very happy overall .

David was such a wonderful host! He was very proactive about the storm that was coming through. He was so kind and helpful. His cabin was so nice to stay in. It was such a peaceful weekend. I can’t wait to come back!

I had an amazing stay at the cabin! It is located down an unpaved road and is tucked away in a peaceful and beautiful location. The cabin was cozy, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The surrounding nature was breathtaking. I highly recommend this cabin for anyone looking for a serene getaway.

Chip’s Playhouse was a great place for our small family to stay for a few days. It was clean and comfortable, and nestled in a nice location amongst the tall pine trees. Carey is a wonderful host; he was always responsive and friendly. We even appreciated the handwritten card at check-in! We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Hosts were very responsive and accommodating Hilltop scenery was relaxing and beautiful The hot tub which is wood burning does take a lil bit to heat up which they told us so just start putting wood in as soon as you get there There was a big bear who popped up to go through the garbage at night but thats part of the nature experience lol

He provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and gave us clear, easy-to-follow instructions for check-in. The house itself was absolutely perfect – cozy, inviting, and the hot tub was spotless and spacious, making it the perfect spot to unwind. I’ll definitely be returning in the future. Loved our stay at Rustic Rest! Gorgeous property, well maintained. Hosts were super responsive and friendly! Lots of extras to make you feel at home or spoiled. Towel warmers, hot tubs with a beautiful view of the creek. The kids loved playing in the backyard which was so peaceful for two school administrators! Thank you for a nice Spring Break getaway.

If you're after something warm and cozy, this is your spot! It easily fits a family of four and comes with everything you need. The views around the cabin are stunning, and the outdoor space is perfect! there’s a hot Jacuzzi always ready, a fire pit, two chill sitting areas, a big deck, and a massive pool. really recommend!
