Our ORTO Cottage is gorgeous: it offers complete privacy or the chance to engage with us. We are a Cooking School & Regenerative Farm. We offer a tour of our property on arrival: opt out if you wish. Families will love this rustic mudbrick cottage on a 10 acre property within a relaxed bush setting. Enjoy amazing sunsets, watch the kangaroos from the veranda, or take a walk through local bushlands. The outdoor fire area is the perfect place to unwind and view the amazing stars on a clear night. A few minutes drive from Talbot and 15 minutes drive from the famous Clunes Book Town. Being Central Victoria we have many small towns surrounding us within an hours drive.

A cosy cottage just outside the beautiful spa town of Hepburn Springs. With beautiful views over Breakneck Gorge and close to restaurants, day spas and Hepburn Mineral Springs, you can relax on the verandah, in the courtyard or get out and discover this beautiful region. This is the perfect place to unwind and leave the hustle and bustle of the city behind. Pets are allowed, however owners must take responsibility for them as only the front courtyard is fully fenced.
