The house is also just a 10 minute drive to the new MGM Casino or the Gaylord Resort and Convention Center at National Harbor. The "no parties in house" rule is strictly followed. The Guest House has not been used until 2016. About 10 miles to DC & close to Metro. Walk to parks, bus stops, restaurants, and much more. Door parking. Newly furnished. Very convenient. 150 Mbs WIFI. 55" UHD TV with Fios. Softened & filtered water. One of kind & can not be compared.

This is for the basement only, low ceiling (6ft 6in). Quiet neighborhood and free street parking only. The basement has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, living room, and wet bar area. I live upstairs with my dog. The basement has self check in entrance with keypad. I just renovated the basement so please keep in mind there might be some marks on the wall. My home is 10 minutes from Clarendon and 8 minutes from DC. You might be able to check in early, please message me first.
