Wyvern Apartment is a newly converted studio apartment which is close to beautiful countryside and many great attractions. We have designed the apartment with our guests' comfort in mind and it has been ideally equipped for both business and pleasure guests. There is free parking, a flat screen smart TV, free unlimited WI-FI along with lots of other little touches to help make your stay as welcoming and convenient as possible. The apartment boasts a well equipped kitchen and walk-in shower room.

Guests are spoilt with a patio on one side and a garden area with *hot tub,to star gaze on the other side. There is also a veranda alongside the cabin to store your surfboards out of any rain. The farm is Near popular surfing beaches and coastal walks. In walking distance of the local pubs in Georgeham.

(see house rules for wood burner usage) TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED Check in and out times sometimes can be altered to your needs . Ask when booking . The location is a mile away from a pub and 1.5 from a local supermarket. It’s down a track and very secluded . Don’t expect suburbia. No TOWELS provided .

The accommodation offers privacy and the facilities needed for a pleasant stay. With good views over the river Teign its an ideal getaway with lots of nearby walks and the coast to explore. The Duck House is a lovely child/dog friendly chalet nestling in the orchard at Plenty Cottage. Quiet and peaceful it's the perfect retreat for a family - and dogs are especially welcome! Open plan living it’s a comfortable and home from home. A wonderful rambling garden, summerhouse, BBQ and a (free) heated swimming pool (1st April - 31st Sept). The mantra is 'No Stress'. Lymeshack is a compact, newly built, wooden, insulated chalet with gorgeous sea views towards the Cobb harbour and Golden Cap beyond and over Monmouth Beach ahead. The beach, which is a 5 minute walk away, allows dogs to be off their leads all year around. The Cobb harbour and sandy main beach are no more than a 10 minutes walk away.
