Our property abuts Blue Ridge Parkway land, so it's a short hike on a clear trail through the woods to the Mountains-to-Sea Trail or the Parkway. The Studio is 15 mins from the Biltmore, just 12 mins from downtown, and one mile from a local grocery store.

Strawberry Patch is a historic set of quaint cabins located on the Little River, in Townsend Tennessee. Townsend's central location is perfect for the adventurer or the city goer. Spend time here fishing in the river right outside your door, hiking in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park 3 minutes away or taking a short drive into Knoxville for an iconic UT football game. We are located in the Pettigru Historic District and are just a 5 minute walk from Bon Secours Wellness Arena and a 15 minute walk to Main Street. This is an upstairs unit (1 of 3 total units located within the triplex) and has a private, exterior entrance. There's a kitchen with all the utensils, pots, bowls, plates, cups, etc. that you could need for your stay as well as a stocked Nespresso machine!
