The cottage is in a small village on the outskirts of Exeter and is close to Dartmoor/Exmoor. Lovely beaches nearby.

Set in our garden alongside a thatched Grade 2 listed house. With its own small patio/garden. Perfect to catch the sun, unwind and enjoy an outdoor meal or a glass of whatever is your fancy. This Somerset hamstone cottage is a 3-minute walk to the village centre which oozes life with butchers, bakers, pub, deli, greengrocers and lots more.

You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. Just five minutes drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa.

‘Waterside’ sits on the River Lym, originally built in the 1800’s, inspired by France in the busy port trading days of Lyme Regis. Enjoy views from the middle and top floor overlooking the 17th century Gosling Bridge and the ‘Lynch’ where the waterway divides to service the town mill. 4-minute walk to the beach, artisan shops & high street.
