Sweet little spot with lots to do nearby

Das war mit Abstand das beste Air bnb was wir je hatten. So viel Liebe zum Detail, sehr sauber, super gemütlich, gute ruhige Lage und viele Annehmlichkeiten die uns geschenkt wurden von Spencer, z.B. Zitronen und Kräuter aus seinem Garten, Süßigkeiten und andere Dinge, die unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht haben. In den Räumlichkeiten fehlte es uns wirklich an absolut nichts. Dann morgens einen Kaffee im Bett mit Blick über San Francisco...ich weiß nicht, was es Besseres hätte geben können. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen und können es nur wärmstens empfehlen. Die Gegend ist sauber, ungefährlich und liegt günstig zu verschiedenen Verkehrsanbindungen. Ein guter Tipp: fahrt mit dem direkten Bus, der ganz in der Nähe hält, zum Baker Beach! Wir werden Spencers Gastfreundschaft und das Loft vermissen! Es war ein ganz toller Aufenthalt!

Last minute corporate bookings fell through, so no hotel was available at RSAC 2025. I quickly looked and found Airbnb and Evie’s place. It was exactly what I needed! I will definitely do it again! Highly recommended from my exploring boots to your nomadic hearts!

This wonderful loft apartment was perfect. It was equipped with anything we could have needed. Loved the patio over looking the tasting room. Never heard noise on the street and there was a wonderful restaurant next door. It was a short vacation to rest up, taste some wine, read and enjoy good food. I definitely recommend this loft for privacy and location near wineries!!

This lovely apartment in Kelseyville offers a quick walk to the local coffee shop, shopping, restaurants, and some light grocery stores. it was clean, very secure, with a back courtyard that offers seating, a grill, a bit of space for the dog to explore. The place is dog friendly, and its worth noting that the back stairs to and from the courtyard and latticed steel - which gave out pooch a pause before she mastered them. Kelseyville is a small town in the remote reaches of Lake County, which can feel a bit rowdy when the live music and local night life scene kicks up. That back courtyard is amazing for a lovely, easy evening that is both in the midst of the downtown square and comfortably secured from the passersby. All in all, its easily the best place for a weekend stay with all the access and none of the fuss!

This was an overall great experience. The host/guest manager had exceptional communication. They expressed genuine interest into our visit and experiences. The location is perfect, in the heart of downtown Main Street. The suite is one of a handful of others at the location, but we had no issues with noise or other guest issues. Cute, small town feel, yet still away from the hustle and bustle.

Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens) enjoyed our stay at David's place! The apartment is right downtown - walkable to shops, bars, restaurants, and museums- but still was quiet and felt private because you are at the very back of a building. The layout is a little unusual with the rooms spread out down long stretches but it was really spacious and provided a lot of space for our family to stretch out. Having 3 full sized couches in the living room was especially appreciated as we could hang out in comfort each evening. There is a large Safeway about a mile down Hwy 1 and a smaller local grocery store about a block away which was super convenient for grabbing snacks and breakfast to have handy in the rental. We had great meals at Taka's and Off the Hook, the ice cream at Cowlicks is always amazing, and we loved being about a 5 min drive from Glass Beach. All in all, we had a great stay and would not hesitate to stay here again!

Cindy was an incredibly kind and warming host who went to great extents to make sure our stay was amazing. She made sure we had everything we needed any time we asked while giving us full privacy and space otherwise. The place was also incredibly nice with tons of cozy furniture, great kitchen, and beautiful walking areas high up on the hill nearby. I also really appreciated the extents to which she made sure to have various things people have requested in the home ! The best part is the place is filled with the very unique art she and her partner have made, making the home a joy to exist within.

This spot is a complete gem! From the beautiful view, to the spacious living space, to the complimentary wine tasting, we couldn't have had a better stay if we tried. I highly recommend this spot. Kiley was a great host and made us feel right at home with little to no fuss.

We had a nice stay

We had a great stay here. It was spotless and the place is well cared for. The unit was very spacious, having an additional half bath and the laundry machine was particularly useful. For those who are light and noise sensitive, just be aware that the bedroom shades are not currently blackout and you do hear a little bit a noise through the windows. For us this wasn't an issue because it was raining/overcast during our stay so there weren't many folks out and about (this unit overlooks a dog park and a cute outdoor dining area). Even though the area is still developing, it felt very safe and we loved having Firebrand just around the corner for breakfast. We had some issues with the bed and Nespresso machine during our stay and when we contacted the hosts about it, they were very responsive.

This loft townhome was a lovely stay. There are stairs to get up to the townhome, about 44 carpeted stairs-for some reason the carpet made it easier to climb and descend. Inside is a spacious large open area with a kitchen w/everything you'd need to cook, make coffee, etc. The living area is large with a sofa bed, a love seat and other leather chairs, SUPER high ceiling-like 20 to 24 feet high and a whole wall of windows with white shades, a small balcony just outside the sliding glass door, a large screen TV that we easily cast Apple photos and videos to. A full bath downstairs just past the stackable W/D Upstairs is a bedroom with floral curtains that open out to the downstairs. The bed and linens were comfortable and nice. A second full bath is on this level. There's lots of drawer space in the bathroom as well as the armoire in the bedroom, room to hang cloths too. We used the portable AC some while we were there and it cooled down the upstairs loft. Eyeshades helpe as it's bright

Staying at Michelle’s was amazing. Quiet and peaceful neighbourhood felt just like home. My girls and I took daily walks around the community and it was beautiful to see all the citrus fruits and flowers in the area. Michelle was extremely welcoming and wonderful.

David is a great host. Very attentive and helpful at check in without being intrusive. His loft is tastefully appointed and both bedroom and living room are very comfortable. The bathroom is excellent too. Well provisioned kitchen, with coffee, teas, sugar, plus spices and so forth. Also everything one needs for cleaning and laundry. Proximity to the BART is a real plus, also buses. Walking distance to lots of things too. This loft is a good place for an Oakland, urban experience. Very convenient and comfortable.
