Enjoy your own fenced yard, a private hot tub, grill, and patio—perfect for relaxing with pets or little ones. Whether you’re sipping coffee in the morning mist or stargazing at night, The Sugar Maple offers room to roam and space to breathe.

Front Street Loft Apartment

An eclectic loft apartment centrally located in the heart of historic downtown Marietta that has been recently updated with new tile, concrete countertops and appliances. A short walk to the levee at the confluence of the Ohio and Muskingum rivers, restaurants, shops - perfect for work, play or romantic date nights. Constructed in the late 1800's, the building was home to the Atlantic Tea Company and has remained substantially mercantile on the ground floor and living quarters upstairs.

Seven Oaks Cabin

I welcome you to Seven Oaks Cabin. It is a place of well-being for individuals who like to connect with nature while staying in a primitive cabin away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The interior consists of a variety of wood-eastern white pine, cedar and cherry. The living area has furniture made by local Amish, septic system for flush toilet, instant hot water, small bedroom with bunk bed (full mattress on bottom/ twin on top), efficiency kitchen, and loft with queen mattress.

Unlock your own fairy tale at our secluded couples cottage. This magical tiny home is the perfect place for a romantic getaway or snuggling up with a cup of coffee and a book. Relax on the covered porch while the birds sing and butterflies drift by. Studio is 500 sq ft, open concept living. The kitchen has apartment size stove and refrigerator, microwave, toaster and Keurig. The bathroom has a large shower, no tub. The sleeping area has a king size bed. The space is designed with ease and comfort in mind. It is attached to my home but with independent living. This is an Ohio River front private cottage on 7 acres . This cottage has a bedroom, living room, bathroom with shower, large screened deck and a separate outer deck. There is also a grill on deck. This is a great place to escape from stress and just relax! This cottage has WiFi and a 55 inch flat screen satellite TV. Enjoy the river views and watch the wild life . Easy accessibility to the local shopping , Hospitals and Restaurants 10-15 minutes. Pet friendly with a small fee

Come relax in a private guesthouse situated in the middle of 60 acres of woods. Located just 5 minutes from campus, this is a great place to unwind or the perfect home base to explore Athens, Ohio University, and the broader region. The studio layout is great for solo travelers, couples, and small families. We have over three miles of marked, wooded trails to explore (trail map provided) with sandstone cliffs and 2 waterfalls. We have a steep gravel driveway--AWD/4WD is required.

Watch the morning sun rise, explore the woods, spot wildlife, or visit nearby recreation land where you can hike, bike, fish, & hunt. We sit on 15 acres.
