This home was a little more than others we considered but you get what you pay for. It was so nicely furnished, comfortable, and clean. The location was great, close to markets and restaurants. We were close to the most popular things to see and do but since we had little ones, we could drive very easily. There is a playground right across the street. We could also park right across the street or around the corner. Liza responded promptly to questions and was very easy to communicate with. The guys enjoyed the rooftop and the view was amazing! We are a family of five adults, one child and baby. I highly recommend this home and we certainly hope to stay here again. You will be pleased with this choice.

Peaceful location and just the right size. We enjoyed our time sitting on the porch reading, eating and just rocking in the large rocking wooden rocking chairs while chatting. We watched the ducks and geese on the lake. In the evenings, we could see the turtles stick their heads out of the water. Although there was lots to do, we only took advantage of the pools. If you are someone who wants to be doing something and planning activities to keep little ones busy, you have lots of options at the resort where this cabin is located.

Eric is an amazing host and person! Super friendly when it came to using the amenities and made us feel at home. Has great recommendations for food and local attractions. Beautiful property to walk around or just sit outside! Overall a 10/10 experience while staying at Eric’s home, couldn’t have asked for a better host for our weekend!

Stayed here with two of my friends for a long weekend and we had a wonderful time! Room was incredibly clean and very spacious, with a lovely kichenette. Staff were amazing, amenities like the pool and hot tub were great, and overall a great experience. Janee was also super helpful, kind, and responsive!

Staying here made our family wedding stay away from home, a very memorable and fun weekend for the whole family. Muvh better than being stuck in a hotel with lots of kids!!

Maud was absolutely amazing ! I would recommend this to absolutely everybody! Such a beautiful environment. Both the actual Airbnb and the view of the mountains. I loved the Jacuzzi and the ambience of the place. We were able to Visit some of the local restaurants. And Maud made a lovely breakfast in the morning for us. She was so nice I Will definitely be returning.

We were two families who stayed together at Colin's place (including 3 kids). Colin's place was wonderful, and Colin was very responsive to minor issues or questions we had. The home was clean and tidy and as described in the photos. One issue we had was that the toilet door downstairs, bathroom door upstairs and some of the bedroom doors did not close properly, so it was tricky to maintain privacy. It was also very noisy outside the house due to ongoing construction, which we understand is beyond the host's control. Other than that, great location, well appointed kitchen and spacious living area and basement to spread out our things. Colin was kind enough to let us extend our check out time by a few hours, which we greatly appreciated.

Absolutely loved stay at Miguel’s place! The neighborhood offered several delicious food options and the space was immaculate. It was a quick 15 min drive wherever we wanted to visit. This will definitely be on our list for our next trip to DC.

Monica was an incredible host! Not only did she make me and my husband feel at home, but she also made our dog feel like a queen. The location was perfect and close to many attractions and restaurants. And free street parking was easy to find. Monica was responsive and extremely courteous. If we are in the area again, we would definitely book with them.

Cari’s place was great, English basement so limited natural light but didn’t really matter since we were out and about all day and the place is very cosy and clean! Great location due to being close to the metro and Cari was a responsive and helpful host! Thank you Cari!

If you want a rustic log cabin, this is as good as it gets. The place was awesome. Fireplaces were great. Great beds. Comfortable couches. If you’re looking for seclusion, this probably isn’t the space, but we knew that going into the stay!

Such a lovely, comfortable home. Everything we needed. Loved the location. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and neighbors were friendly. There's a park with walking trails and lake half a mile walk away. The house was perfect. Relaxing. Comfortable beds and bedding. The record player was an added bonus, as were the puzzles and board games for the rainy days. Communication was excellent. Answered any questions quickly and was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Paid extra so we wouldn't have to use street parking, the spaces are tight fit but well worth it. Greg was very responsive and we had what we needed. Make sure to pack grippy socks, the hardwood floors are beautiful but very slick to walk on. It is also listed for 6 people, and I feel like 4 is perfect, the living room is just a tight fit for a pull out couch. Our overall stay was good, clean and had all the things we needed. he also had great communication with little things so you didn't have to message him for small things. Nice guy, and would recommend staying here.

Nathan has a lovely home—it feels like stepping back in time into one of old Washington’s charming houses. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and communication with Nathan was excellent. The location is convenient, about a 25-minute walk to Capitol Hill. While the surrounding area could be better—the streets were a bit dirty—it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t affect our overall experience. We had a wonderful time in Washington, and staying at this house was definitely part of it. Thank you, Nathan!

Very responsive host. Clean space in a great location!

It was great for us as a home base for our stay in Maryland. The open plan of the second floor space was actually larger than I had imagined from the on-line photos, and worked well for my wife and me, and our energetic 50lb dog. Set in a mature forest, the tree-top views from the expansive windows are wonderful, a welcome departure from the usual hotel experience. The unusual location of the bathroom takes some getting used to, but was clearly explained by the hosts during the booking process, and we came prepared.

This is a great spot to stay when you are in DC. The metro is directly across the street, a 2 minute walk. There is also a large shopping area with stores and restaurants should you want to stay close by one day or need to run out for something you forgot. overall, a great value for what you get!
