In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). A gorgeous, spacious and secluded retreat with a fabulous swimming/skating pond and two wood-burning stoves surrounded by 135 acres of meadow and hiking trails, and a short jaunt to miles of untouched wilderness. This 160-year-old farmhouse is super cozy in winter and can easily accommodate large groups but offers plenty of privacy. Outlier Inn Cottage on Farm Upstate Catskills

The Cottage is a cozy two bedroom, year-round listing with an eat-in kitchen, living room and bathroom. In addition to two full beds there are two queen sleeper sofas in the living room to accommodate up to 8 guests. There is central heat for the winter, window A/C units for the summer and a smart TV. Cottage guests have a private picnic table and charcoal grill along with access to a shared firepit.

Lidar West

Lidar West is a unique mountain home located in the woods by one of New York City's major reservoirs. The main house is a 1400 sqft 2 bed, 2 bath, ideal for families with kids, and there's a sleeping cabin with an additional queen bed, electric heater, and wood burning stove called Hemmelig Rom, which I built myself using oak milled on the property.
