Renovated 750 sq ft. 2nd level, 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment with a nice attached upper deck and separate side entrance. Only 2 blocks from the beach and in walking distance to all of the hottest spots including DJais and Bar Anticipation. We offer free to use Wifi and relax back at the house on one of the couches and watch some entertainment from our 50inch TV. Fully stocked kitchen that had everything you need! We are here to help with anything you need. So come relax at the Jersey Shore!

Luxurious Home 4 blocks from beach

This is a newly renovated brand new one bedroom house by the beach. It has all stainless steel appliances including a wine fridge. It sleeps 4 people. There is a bedroom with 1 queen size bed for two people and one futon which can sleep two people. There are multiple air mattress, pillows and blankets as well. Fully stocked house 3 blocks from the beach and 4 from downtown Belmar with tons of shops and restaurants. There is also an outdoor area on the side of the house with sand and chairs.

Beach Bungalow- Great location, Clean, Comfortable

Beach Bungalo - Small House , Big Welcome! Cheerful, comfortable and throughly cleaned. 5-10 minute walk to beach, boardwalk and restaurants. Healthy salt air and ocean frolics await. Off-street parking (4 cars), high speed wifi, Firestick TV. Great location - walk to BYOB Boat-to-Plate restaurants - easy breezy. Price is for 2 guests, additional guests $40 extra/person/night. Linens & towels included. Snow: we provide shovels/snow melt, we do our best to come shovel but can’t guarantee it.

4 Bedroom Beach House - “Two Tides”

A spacious 4 bedroom and 4 bathroom beach rental only few blocks away from Spring Lake beaches. Newly renovated and each bedroom conveniently has its own bathroom. The home has a large yard that looks onto Wreck Pond with a private pool and outdoor dining area. Super easy access to local shore towns. Note: Spring Lake Heights requires that we file a Certificate of Occupancy for each stay. I will need the name, DOB and pictures of the drivers license for each guest that will be staying.

Home includes 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and wrap around porch. Rental includes 6 beach badges and beach locker. Enjoy the 2 mile boardwalk and walk a few blocks to downtown and enjoy the shops, restaurants, lake and park. Iconic Asbury Park is only a few miles away and the Point Pleasant Amusement Park and Aquarium is 5 miles away.

We love the tranquility of the property - the backyard is its own private oasis with a spacious deck just off the kitchen, in-ground pool , fire pit, and large yard adjacent to Wreck Pond brook. The pool (May/ Early October) is a great way to relax Day/Night! The quiet peaceful neighborhood is perfect for walks/bike rides. Spring Lake beach is only an 8 min bike ride away! Per Town Ordinance, rentals must minimum of seven consecutive days.
