Πολύ καλός χώρος σε καλό σημείο. Αξίζει αρκετά, κοντά στην θάλασσα και σε μέσα μαζικής μεταφοράς. Ο Κώστας πολύ εξυπηρετικός και απαντούσε πάντα. Άξιζε για τα χρήματα και θα το σύστηνα ειδικά για τους καλοκαιρινούς μήνες για όσους θέλουν να είναι κοντά στις παραλίες. Εμάς μας βόλεψε πολύ και τώρα. Περάσαμε υπέροχα στο σπίτι αυτό

Our stay was extremely wonderful! Our host Inna was amazing, responded to all our questions very fast, was very helpful, brought a baby bed for our baby and even put blankets and sheets for him which is very appreciated! The check in was very easy, Inna sent us photos and explanations for everything, which made it very comfortable for us. The location of the apartment is just perfect, close to absolutely everything walking distance. The apartment was fully equipped, which made our stay even more comfortable, it had everything from towels, linens, blankets, kitchenware, ingredients, washing products, and so much more! I highly recommend this place, and will definitely hope to stay again on my next visit. Thank you for everything!

It’s was truly beautiful! Super clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony is lovely, you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee. As for the interior I’m speechless! Nicely decorated which gives a relaxing vibe to your stay. I would definitely recommend 10 out 10!

We had an amazing time. Everything was great we were picked up arranged through Bill and Helena which was excellent Niki (our driver) was full of information and so friendly . Let us in the apartment and showed us everything. We felt very welcome and had everything we needed . The area was lovely short walk to beach which I absolutely loved . Shops and restaurants nearby. Shower was lovely air conditioning great .Helena was so hopefully and managed to arrange a late check and arranged our journey back to airport. Again this was done brilliantly with lovely friendly (forgotten name sorry) lady who was great we chatted all the way. I felt so welcome and would definitely stay again . Thank you ❤️

Η διαμονή μας ήταν άψογη στο Κατάλυμα όλα ήταν υπεροχα πεντακάθαρος χώρος! Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!!!!!

Ideal Lage, gute Restaurants und das Meer gleich in der Umgebung. Late Check in wurde gegen Aufpreis organisiert 😊 Flughafentransfer wurde organisiert 😊 Idealer Ort um eine Rundreise zu starten oder zu beenden, da nur 10-15 Min vom Flughafen.

Very beautiful place! everything is thought out.. very responsive and helpful hosts. A small but nice surprise - one evening when we returned home, we were greeted by delicious grapes on the terrace - it was very nice! I definitely recommend this hostel!! Everything was just great! :)

The place was incredible. Had some trouble finding a trash can so we just put our things in bags for the time. If you require an experience with a responsive host then I would suggest looking elsewhere as the host wasn’t really the greatest with response time. However the place, location & everything else was top tier. The top room is loft style and doesn’t have much privacy as it sits right over the living room and entrance. Location location location! You are walking distance from the water and walking distance to plenty of shops and restaurants. I only spent 36 hours in Athens but when I come back I’d love to come here again.

We had such a wonderful time at Maria and Micheal’s place and would definitely come back. The apartment is located about 45 minutes from Athens and is on the port of Rafina. Rafina itself is a lovely sea town with great food and great people and great access to the beach. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and clean. We spent 6 days there and had a great time exploring Athens and the Greek Riviera. Parking was never an issue. We even made organic lemonade from a tree growing in the back. It’s perfectly located next to a grocery store and several fast food restaurants. The local square is FULL of authentic Greek restaurants. We had no issues and the hosts were perfectly lovely and very responsive. Even though we visited during the off-season, there was plenty to do and the house was ready for guests. 10/10 would recommend to anyone traveling to the region.

We had a wonderful time at Marie's place. It was the perfect get away from the hustle and bustle of city life... The house is very comfortable, the bed is great, lots of space to relax in and a wonderful view!! Would love to return and stay double the amount of time...

huisje ligt op 5 minuten lopen van het strand. Kleine winkel in de buurt waar je prima je eten en bers ontbijtje kan halen. Makkelijke plek om met de auto naar Athene te rijden. Auto kan op eigen terrein. Lekkere plek met terras voor n ontbijt in de zon. Leuk om ook het strand naast Athene te kunnen bezoeken. Wij hebben er genoten.

The house is very tidy, and we are also provided with airport drop-off service. I highly recommend it!

Wir hatten bei besten Oktober-Wetter einen unvergesslichen Urlaub im Haus von Kostas. Die direkte Lage am Meer und der unfassbar schöne Blick, die gute Austattung des Hauses und das gesamte Ambiente haben für einen perfekten Urlaub gesorgt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Es ist geräumig, schön eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders haben uns der Pool und die Grillecke mit Steinofen gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit Kostas war immer sehr nett. Er hat uns viele tolle Tipps gegeben. Eine der besten Unterkünfte, die wir je hatten. Wir kommen gern wieder und freuen uns auf das nächste Mal.

Εξαιρετικό διαμέρισμα, πολύ καθαρό, πολύ κεντρικό με πρόσβαση σε όλα τα κεντρικά μέρη της Χαλκίδας με τα πόδια και πόλη καλή πρόσβαση με αστικές συγκοινωνίες. Πόλη φιλική και ουσιαστική επικοινωνία με τους οικοδεσπότες. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

Pavlos place was terrific , I was heading back from holidays and needed somewhere close to the airport . He has 2 apartments beside each other . It’s on the coast ,the beach is practically across the road and many shops restaurant ,bars nearby to choose from. Very comfortable bed and great facilities. He communicated very well .

Konaklamamız harikaydı! Ev çok temiz, konforlu ve her şey en ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünülmüş. İhtiyacımız olan her şey mevcuttu ve kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Lokasyon da oldukça merkezi ve ulaşım çok rahattı. Ev sahibimiz ise çok ilgili, nazik ve yardımseverdi. Kendimizi çok hoş karşılanmış ve güvende hissettik. Bu kadar düşünceli bir ev sahibiyle karşılaşmak gerçekten büyük şanstı. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz.

Konstantinos is located in a peaceful and safe part of Athens. The apartment is in very nice condition, the pictures are not deceiving. He is a very kind host, always quick to respond and even provided food and toiletries. There is a Lidl about 10 minutes walk away, where you can buy cheap groceries. I highly recommend staying in Athens if you don't mind the city centre being a bit far away. The 40 bus is calculable and the metro is close by too. And Athens and Greece are wonderful, needless to say. And let's not forget the lovely cats :)

Booked Niko’s place last minute and he was able to accommodate me within short notice. The view was unreal and so worth it! Tons of cafes and shopping available nearby. Watching the sunset from the hot tub was an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend!

Θέλωντας να περάσουμε τρεις όμορφες μέρες στους Αγίους Θεοδώρους, επιλέξαμε το σπίτι του Ηρακλή. Πραγματικά μείναμε απόλυτα ευχαριστημένοι μεγάλοι και μικροί. Το σπίτι ήταν ευρύχωρο και καθαρό. Η μεγάλη βεράντα του με θέα την θάλασσα μας προσέφερε στιγμές χαλάρωσης. Δεν μας έλειψε τίποτα. Ο Ηρακλής καθ'όλη την διάρκεια της διαμονής μας ήταν σε επικοινωνία μαζί μας για οτιδήποτε χρειαστούμε. Φιλικός και πολύ ευγενικός! Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

Wir haben uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts unglaublich wohl gefühlt! Die Unterkunft war nicht nur blitzsauber, sondern auch mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht – es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Besonders schön war die ruhige Lage, perfekt zum Entspannen, und auch der Strand war nicht weit entfernt. Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an unsere Gastgeberin Katerina: Sie war extrem hilfsbereit, hat immer schnell auf unsere Nachrichten geantwortet und uns mit einem Lächeln bei allem unterstützt. Man merkt, dass ihr das Wohl ihrer Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Absolute Empfehlung! 🤗

This was our second stay at the apartment. We arrived early and Athina was very kind to store our luggage for us while we waited for the check-in time. The apartment is located in a lovely neighbourhood with a good selection of restaurants, several bakeries, and grocery stores - 5-7min walking distance. During this stay we wanted to explore a bit of the old city. Whilst a bit of a trip (40min), the tram route was the most convenient, given there is a tram stop near the apartment. Airport trip was also quite easy as one of the express bus routes stops nearby. In the morning (easy traffic) it took 1,5 hours to get to the airport. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you, Athina!
